"Have ordered many items for a couple of years from Mark One. Always had what they said was in stock and always shipped within a couple of days. Their prices are always among the lowest around and they've got a large selection. Only had a problem once, it wasn't even their fault, and it was taken care of with one phone call. Am ordering parts for another computer from them today, and will continue to do business with them."

"I ordered over 2k worth of components at great prices on Aug 14th. It took a day to get everything together and I received an email confirmation that it was ready. Cannot find a single complaint about this place except they had everything I wanted therefore I'm that much poorer. I'm definitely coming back for more!"
"2nd Time ordering from Mark One Computers. Order 2 cases this time. One of the Few Companies that accept COD's. They ship very quickly (after I email a copy of my COD, for verification purposes) Received cases 3 days from the order. (Shipped to FL) Very fast shipping and good prices. 1 Case missing P/S. Wrote an email around 8pm on Friday.(Apologize for Case not having the P/S and that they are shipped directly from the Manufacture) Emailed back later that night giving me two options, refund me for P/S or ship me one. The Next Day I got a NSPIRE 450W P/S which turns out to be $75 dollars just for this P/S.
Markone Computers made it right by having the Part I needed the next day with a better power supply. I will definitly be back soon, I've got 5 people to build computers for this year..

"I was having problems with a Voodoo 3 in my new Athlon 1800XP system. Mark One had a good price on the Abit Siluro GF3 TI200. I received the card 3 days later, well packaged. Everything arrived quickly and in good working condition."
"After an initial problem with a motherboard, the customer service department is taking it back and refunding my account. They have been quite helpful in keeping a customer and that in itself gives them a thumbs up."

"I have bought many parts from Mark One and they have never failed me yet! I just placed an order on Tues. Dec 16, 2003 and chose 3rd business day delivery so parts would be here on the 19th. However, I misread the '1 to 2 business day' cycle needed to fill the order. When I found out the order wouldn't ship until the 18th I was unhappy and emailed Mark One. On the 18th I inquired about the extra charge for next day and their response was 'It will be there Fri the 19th, no extra cost'. This is just one reason I keep going back and back and back to Mark One. Great service, great parts."
"Short version: +++RECOMMEND+++ Long Version: Ordered various items and shiping package was the standard -good. The motherboard I ordered was out of stock. But here is what makes the difference, they called me and asked me if I wanted to wait for the next shipment they expected or order a different motherboard. I preferred to wait. UPS delivery is a different story when the regular route driver takes a vacation and the sub driver can't find your house!,lol. But thats a UPS issue not Mark One. I had an excellent business exchange with Mark One. Keep up the good work guys! +++RECOMMEND+++ "
