We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We manage more than 15,000 products across multiple websites. While we strive for 110% accuracy, we are only human. We recommend all potential customers to become informed consumers by reading the purchasing agreement before any and all purchases, on other seller sites as well. Our store policies page clearly states that we reserve the right to refuse sale of a product due to it being out of stock, something we would prevent if at all possible. We also apologize about the money hold on your order; PayPal is a third party company we have no control over, that has to goal of protecting its customers against potential fraud and identity theft.

"Terrible experience. I called to verify stock because I needed item right away. Paid for next day shipping and item did not arrive. Called them and they stated inventory was wrong and item would ship from another warehouse that day and would be shipped overnight. Item did not arrive again. After trying to contact them again for three days, they said it was shipped UPS Ground instead of overnight by mistake. I would never deal with them again."
