A replacement was sent to you the following day to you at no cost under UPS tracking number 1ZE837720304393619 with a scheduled delivery date of 5/16. We have also submitted a replacement buffer system to you at no cost which is scheduled to ship to you later this evening. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.”

Any online or orders placed over the phone before 6 PM EST Monday thru Friday is generally processed and shipped the same day, online orders received after 6 PM EST will generally be processed and shipped the next business day. Transit times for UPS ground shipments in the 48 continental United States is 1-5 business days (weekends are not included as business days) any backordered, drop shipped or special ordered merchandise may take slightly longer to ship out. Expedited shipping is available at a nominal charge.”
