“Thanks for the feedback, when we received your order it appeared to look like a duplicated order as the same items were on both orders submitted within 30 min of each other. Unfortunately we do run into these types of errors occasionally. Due to the amount of the order we wanted to verify with you that your order was NOT a duplicate order due to a technical issue and that you did indeed what both orders. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.”
