We are completely up front about the time frame that the economy shipping orders take (4-7 business days) and it looks like your order is within the time frame. If you didn't want to save a few bucks any of our other standard shipping methods would have gotten it delivered by now for just a few dollars more, our economy shipping is ONLY for people who want the best deal and can wait for it. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
In Response to your reply, economy orders can not be changed once they have processed, so we were not able to offer you anything other than what you selected at the time of your order.”
