On the 8/8/2011 I shopped online at Mall HK. On the same day I received an email from them saying thank you for your order, and a day later an email saying my item has been shipped, this was the last email I have received.
On the first email Mall HK said they will provide me with a website link to track my item. I did not receive a link to track my item. Since my shipping email I asked them if they could please send me a link to track my item, I got no reply.
After numerous emails I decided to look at some reviews online. I discovered that I was not the only person who has had a problem will receiving items with Mall HK. I decided to open a dispute with Mall HK, although I have already tried to communicate with them. Mall HK does not have a contact phone number, so I cannot contact them this way.
This website I believe to be a scam, hopefully paypal will get me my money back.

"I ordered some Calvin Klein stuff from them because they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I payed through paypal and got a email the next day from Mallhk saying that my order was shipped... I have yet to get a tracking number form Mallhk or any shipping place confirming that it was actually shipped and it's been ten days now... I have emailed them 4 times now and have yet to get a single email back even though on their site it says that you can contact them through email... this place is a SCAM. Do not waste your time trying to buy anything. It isn't actually a deal at all. Because you wont get jack shit... in fact your paying to be robed. this means that it is actually OVER PRICED not a deal..."

"RUBBISH!! - Ordered some Jeans by Paypal through their site & O messgaed them about how long shipments would take they never replied after a weeks so I opened up a Paypal dispute & got my money back within 24hours "

"This company doesnt partic[pate because they are a freaking joke. Ordered some items at Christmas and now its Feb and STILL NO PACKAGES!!! Save your money and shop somewhere else. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!"
