"7-1-10, renewed Consumer Reports to start in Jan. 2011. When renewal letters started coming from Consumer Reports, I got suspicious, so called Magazinedealsnow and was told they would look into it. 1-12-11, and 1-25-11, left two more inquiries. Still no response. Finally Feb.1 I got a long email response explaining their middleman dropped the ball, and it is now submitted through another clearinghouse. So I don't know if I will ever receive my magazine, so be wary of this reseller. There are others out there with just as good deals."

"January I ordered a magazine subscription, waited my 14weeks... Nothing came, I contacted them and I was told to wait longer... well after five months I contacted them again... and I was told my order was canceled and that I was "emailed" a coupon code (which I never got, hmmmmmm) to use on their website instead of a credit card refunded... best part is the coupon expires, If I didn't email them I would have never known!!!.... I am still waiting for my money back... seems like a scam operation from the complaints I’ve been reading. just google search "Magazine Deals now review" see for yourself!!!
"I bought a GIFT subscription on 5/14/2009. The person I bought the magazine for has yet to receive and issue. I've been trying to contact Magazine Deals Now since July 24 and I have received not a single response to my emails.

I've been writing to customer service since July 24 and I have yet to receive any feedback on this subscription I placed over two and a half months ago.
Update 8/23/2009
The gift subscription finally arrived. A lot of waiting, problems getting in touch with customer service to get answers but at least the subscription is being received."
