"The first time I needed to get service on a computer that I wasn't able to take care of - a dropped PowerBook left it unable to charge unless the charger plug was shoved hard to the side. The service was just as advertised - one day to deliver a shipping box, overnight return prepaid, and the laptop was repaired in 24 hours and returned overnight in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"The company had a hard to find item (iTrip for the iPod) and was able to ship the product in time to arrive for Christmas. Company sent email to confirm receipt of order, and when the product shipped. I would use this company again."

"placed ordered on the 19th, and received order confirmation same day. Week goes by with no notice. Had to email them to see if item shipped. They reply and give me someone elses delivery number. Email them again, and finally get my delivery number. Bad con communication, and service. But got the information that I needed. Now I have to go pick up the item since I they request signature for it."

"Very helpful sales support. I had a scsi card that had no bios on bootup. No banner, no ctrl-a response, nothing. The windows driver loaded o.k. so I can use it to control a drive but no boot from it. I sent the original back and they promptly sent out another one that didn't work in 3 different motherboards on boot up either. I didn't want to go through the hassle of return shipping again so I just kept the 1/2 bad card and the bundled WD scsi ultra2 hard drive as the price for both was reasonable for just one half of the bundle."
