"this item is completely unusable. I am returning it. It is a bluetooth earpiece that literally tells you it can't pair with your phone because there are too many phones already connected to it, the very first time I tried to pair with it. The best part, is that there is no command for deleting a paired phone. I assume you guys are just shoveling returned items out to new customers. I won't be back. "
