I followed instructions exactly but got a response that the product did not qualify for any rebate promotions. When I called, I was told that my rebate submission was machine read and that I did qualify. We will see if any rebate actually comes. This is not the first time I have had difficulty with obtaining rebates from MacMall. I had forgotten about that until this episode. I am DONE with them and will take my business elsewhere. From my personal experience B&H Photo is a great company and they had the same price for my products and had an immediate discount instead of a mail in rebate.
