"A month or so ago I had difficulty locating the proper replacement power adapter for my "older" MacBook Pro. I found MacBookAdapter.com and Leo was just terrific in sorting out what I needed as well as sending a new one to me immediately. One month to the day, I think, I had a problem with that adapter, I called Leo and a new one was in my hands within four days! I just wouldn't even think about another company to contact should I have a power adapter problem or need again. First rate care AND service! Bravo."

"Do NOT order from this company. I was so thrilled to have found this company, and ordered a replacement for my 17 inch Macbook Pro. However, 6 months later, the charger quit on me. Nothing I could do. Requested a new one, sent in my old one, told them I was under a major time constraint for work (graphic designer) and needed my order rushed.

They do NOT rush my order, and in fact Leonard Stein was incredibly difficult to communicate with, and never once apologized for the mix up. Clearly it was their fault because I printed out the communication I had with Leonard Stein prior to me sending it out, and HIGHLIGHTING that it needed to be rushed. Nothing.

Here I am, FOUR months later (April), and my adapter is broken again.

My original adapter that I got WITH my computer lasted well over a year, 4-6 month lifespan for an adapter is not exactly reputable.

All they want is happy customers? I call bluff."

"I ordered the wrong item and sent it back for a refund. Its been two weeks and three email sent and I still do not have a refund or a response from the company. Leonard was quick to get back to me about the refund before I actually sent the item in but I haven't received any response since they received the item. Don't bother calling the 1800 number no one is ever in office. Spend the extra 20 dollars on a new charger and save yourself the headache."

"I bought a power adapter for MacBook and LOVE it. However, after about 60 days, it failed. I sent MacBookAdapter an email inquiring about a warranty and within 5 minutes I had an apologetic response. After another 5 minutes, I had a tracking number for a replacement, no questions asked. These guys are pros and I WILL be using/recommending them again."

"I've ordered several replacement power cords from MacBookAdapter.com and been continuously pleased with their service and products! They are professional, respond to communication quickly and effectively, and really care about their customers. Given my cat's love of eating mac cords, I'm sure I will order from MacBookAdapter.com again!"

"Customer Service was very responsive to our email and sent a replacement to our damaged power adapter (it was damaged by us) same day. We've been looking for an economical solution to our MAC Laptop Power Adapters and have been pleasantly surprised by the product and customer service. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I had three laptop adapters shipped to me, all three were broken or worked less than a month. Leonard did a reputable job in agreeing to replace/reship them but after three attempts it was useless to be fooled any longer.
I asked him why they will not work and had no reply. I shipped the last one back on their dime but have yet to see how fast my payment is returned....avoid MacBookAdapter.com at all cost."

"great customer service. had issues with my address (US armed forces), but they kept trying and success. THey could just as well have said, like most sellers, we don't ship to APO addresses.

"I would recommend MacBookadapter.com. I purchased a 60w adapter from them for MacBook which worked well for 6 months before it died. I returned the adapter and the MacBookadapter.com promptly replaced it for a new one. I can honestly say I didn't know what to expect buying a refurbished charger but this company has really gone above and beyond. I recommend them to others looking for a less expensive alternative to buying a brand new charger from Apple."
