I found this site, with genuine refurbished Apple chargers (no Chinese knockoffs) at about half the price of a new one. I was very pleased. <br>Recently, my refurbished one started having serious problems, though (poor connection, overheating, even melting). I wasn't happy because I thought there might have been permanent damage to the computer. I sent them a quick email, explained the situation, and THEY REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE! Not only were they apologetic and polite, but also quick (shipped replacement that same day) and a pleasure to deal with. <br>Now, I have my second refurb adapter, working like a charm, with no damage to my computer. However, 6 months later, the charger quit on me. Nothing I could do. Requested a new one, sent in my old one, told them I was under a major time constraint for work (graphic designer) and needed my order rushed.<br><br>They do NOT rush my order, and in fact Leonard Stein was incredibly difficult to communicate with, and never once apologized for the mix up. Clearly it was their fault because I printed out the communication I had with Leonard Stein prior to me sending it out, and HIGHLIGHTING that it needed to be rushed. Nothing.<br><br>Here I am, FOUR months later (April), and my adapter is broken again. <br><br>My original adapter that I got WITH my computer lasted well over a year, 4-6 month lifespan for an adapter is not exactly reputable. <br><br>All they want is happy customers?
