"I bought a M&D push mower in Fairbanks Alaska at an ACE hardware store. After using it for a year the handled got loose where it attached to the mower. Using the 800 number I requested replacement fasteners. Instead of sending me just the nuts and bolts for free, M&D sent me a completely new entire handle assembly and attaching hardware. Definitely made me a confirmed future buyer of M&D products. "Above and beyond" service! Thanks ever so much!
