In reality, I think that he just wanted to sell me some accessories and an extended warranty. I declined each one of his offers and he politely confirmed that I should be receiving my order in 7-10 days. I received my package on Tuesday 11/11/03. Everything arrived just as described on their website. I would say that getting the sales call after the order is kind of annoying but if you purchase a camera at Circuit City, their sales people also try to sell you accessories and an extended warranty. This store has great prices and service. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. "

The rep (Fred) was courteous, he did offer accessories to buys along with the camera but was not at all pushy when I declined. The price was among the lowest on the Internet ($530; it's $699 at a brick&mortar store). It was also important to me to receive it within a few days, and most other stores could not guarantee fast processing and delivery. MP Superstore processed my order the same afternoon and shipped it the following day, as promised. This was after I was almost ripped off and yelled at at RadioActiveDeals (NEVER buy from those), so in comparison this experience was great. "

I mailed in a $50. rebate and expect I'll receive it. All was in order. 1 tiny scratch on the outside of the LCD. It came carefully packed and complete. Except the camera nothing but the AC converter was open. I'm off to find out what DVD recorders they have."
