"MPCS is the one, and only place I shop for my computer products. As a returning customer, I expected the same great service I received the first time. Not only did they meet my expectations, they surpassed it. It has been a while since I purchased my first computer from MPCS, but I knew back then if I was ever going to upgrade or replace my system I would definitely return to these guys. John was great in assisting me in my purchase, I wasn’t sure which components would be the best for my new computer; but he guided me step by step as I told him what was required. I could tell he wasn’t just trying to make a sale as he aided me in making a cost effective decision, not just telling me to get the most expensive parts. Even after the purchase, John was very attentive in notifying me of any delays or problems(including those that did not stem from his side; I had problems with my delivery service). But that’s the easy part, any salesperson can do that. What blew me away was his continued efforts to help me set me up after I received my computer. I ran into a few program conflicts that I didn’t understand, so I called John for help. He asked me to describe the problem to him, and promised to get back to me. I thought he might’ve forgotten about me just like the other companies I tried but sure enough he called back. Not only did he call back as he promised, he found the solution which turned out to be very simple. "MPCS is an awesome outfit. I am very impressed with all of my communications with John. He is very professional, competent and best of all responsive. I ordered my dream gaming system, which he built, and shipped to my house in short order. When it arrived I was impressed with the fact that John had packed all of the original boxes and documentation for the many components I had selected for this system. My friends and I were very impressed with the quality of the built system, the clear door showing the innards of the system showed a meticulously built system.

"I recently was looking to build my own computer, but the motherboard install scared me. I have put in al sorts of parts in a computer, but never installed a MB. so I chickened out and started looking for a barebones on the internet. I got very tired of sites that would never get back to me on questions that I asked. Some went so far as to tell me I could not put together one as good as they can. So I wound up on Ebay and low and behold I found MPCS. What caught my eye was that they have a satifaction rate of 100%.With 1392 sales I thought that incredible. Selling computer systems and no one complaining is a miracle. I called up and a man named John answered the phone. John by the way is the owner and builder of MPCS. The owner taking calls, this was the place for me. I told John what I wanted, and after the appropriate 3 day burn in on the MB, he sent the computer out, by FEDEX. I was happy the guerillas at UPS didn't deliver it. In 5 days, I'm in New York and MCPS is in California, the computer came. Everything I asked for was there. All I had to do was add a HD, which I had, a Cd/Dvd-rw,Ram, and a video card from my old computer. Oh, and the OS. Started it up and it runs great. Cases is cool too. I had ordered these upgrades from the list that weren't offered. They are as follows: Asus M4A78-E MB, AMD 9950 processorand he agreed to upgrade my Raidin case to the Smilodon case, because he ran out of the original case. The wiring in the case blew my mind. It looks like the professional wiring that you would pay more. John also sent every box that the parts came with, including all the extra connectors from the MB. I would recommend John and MCPS to GOD himself and anyone else looking for a no hassle worry free barebone or complete system. John keeps you up to date on how the install is going and when it is shipped. Again, anyone selling anythig on Ebay and not have a blemish after 1300 sales is definatly doing the right thing. If you are reading this, please don't waste you time searching, MCPS is the place too go. And NO, I have never met John, but I respect what he has accomplished. "I recently purchased my "barebones" system which included the Smilodon case, the Gigabyte GAEX58UD3R Motherboard, and Intel I7 2.67 GHz processor with MPCS. I appreciate the fast delivery, the good products, and the excellent customer service. Initially, when I was putting together my machine, I accidentally yanked a wire out of one of the fans, which in result, broke it. Got the system packed very well with all extra components and even the boxes!!! He already set up my OS and Anti Virus and even left customized icons/clock with the correct Hawaii time and so much more. I own a business myself and know that customer service is #1. This build was cheaper than buying the components, paying for the shipping to me, and putting the thing together myself (which would be a miracle if everything worked!) I have read a lot of forums with do it yourself builders that know what they are doing, and they still have problems. Why have the headache. I am so glad that I will be able to talk to a real human if I have any questions or concerns vs. talking to a recording then after what seems like forever, someone that I can't understand at all!! I am already planing my next system, and MPCS will be the one to build it!!! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++!!
"I just received my assembled and tested system from MPCS. The packaging was extemely well done and everthing arrived without any damage. Inside the shipping box, John at MPCS had included all materials related to the individual components I selected as well as all disks, manuals and boxes. Everything worked flawlessly on the first powerup and it was evident the care that had been taken to customize the system to my specifications. In addition, the Antec case was much better looking than I had expected and everthing that was installed matched the black color of the main chassis. The internal assembly was clean and the cables were dressed nicely. Extremely professional job and I am very pleased. I would recommend MPCS to anyone looking for a customized PC built to order and I will definitely use them for my next computer purchase."

"Custom ordering is the way to go. Get exactly what you want. I wanted a video card they did not offer. All it took was an email and they responded almost immediately that they could get me exactly the video card I wanted. They even put the video card into the website ordering system so I could complete my order in the standard manner, so there was nothing unusual about my order. Very reassuring. The computer was built and shipped in half a week. It works great. No problems at all. "

"When I decided to replace my five year old Pentium 4 desktop, I searched long and hard for different options. I didn't have time to build my own system (work + school = no time), but I knew how much I could save by putting one together. For this reason I was reluctant to go to a big-name retailer--I knew how much they marked everything up. I considered buying from Puget, Dell, HP, Best Buy, iBuyPower, and CyberPowerPC. If there prices weren't terrible then the BBB/retailer ratings were. When I found MPCS I was skeptical--but take a look at that eBay rating! It is 100% for a reason.
I had very specific requirements (case size, budget), and the staff there helped me address each of my needs. After I bought, I received daily e-mail updates that allowed me to influence the build while it was in progress. The result: an Intel Core i7 rig that absolutely SMOKES for almost $1000 less than what an equivalent Dell would have cost. I paid for everything I wanted and nothing that I didn't want.
Cut through the sales and marketing BS and the outsourced tech support. Go with MPCS to save a ton of time and money--you will not be sorry!"
