"I purchased the Nationite OS-81 8GB Touch Screen - Accessories Special. The screen is good quality, however some videos seem dark. The FM out transmitter that is built in is useless, and the TV out does not work in the USA (PAL only at this point) The bettery life seems to be as advertised. The buttons for power and volume work when they want to. I am a little disturbed because the 2 features that I bought this for, FM out and TV out don't work, not sure if I will purchase anymore Chinese products. Shipping takes forever. "

"Ordered on the 7th of Jan arrived on 23rd of Jan, normal shipping. I got the Onda VX787, at first i was not happy with it, but through mp4nations forums i found some enhancements that really improved the gadget. "

"Please check other site before purchasing from them, they claim 2-5days processing 4-14 shipping, my order was 4/6/08 e-mailed 4/12 to check status, sellers says next monday, e-mail saying it has shipped, this seller provides no tracking information whatsoever(remember this), from 4/16 till now sent 4 e-mails, have gotten no replys except after posting in the forum with the same reply he gives everyone "check your spam folder" other buyers have actually waited longer than me. check the forums for proof, this seller makes no apologies whatsoever and blames everything on the chinese customs and other happenings in china, he has time to moderate the forums but no time to make sure orders are going out in a timely fashion, after posting a question about my order and letting him know that i filed a paypal dispute he deleted my post. please beware of this seller. like i said look at the forums and see how many people are wondering where their items are and are not even getting a reply from the seller. use this reseller ratings to find a reputable dealer, if i had did my research i would be a happy camper, two bad dealers in one month out of 30 transactions is pretty good, thank you resellerratings.com at least after my DVD incident things have gone smooth."

"I purchased 2 Nationite OS-43 MP4 players on Nov. 30,2008. I received my MP4 player the last week of Jan. 09. Delays were not caused by the seller but by the manufacturer and the holidays. The players were an exceptional buy as a pre-sale offer with expected delivery date to the Hong Kong Post Office for shipping out by Dec.15. According to the vendor, once there, it would take 2-5 days to leave the post office with a 14 day delivery wait once leaving the HK post office. Here in the US we had the Xmas & New Years Holidays, so I expected the player to be delivered to me later than the predicted date. The players is beautifully crafted and performed as described. What made me purchase from this vendor was his Forum Site. It is the most informative and helpful site among the several I visited and joined. The quality of the product is excellent for the price. The help offered and the information on his forum page is the best on the internet. This was the 1st of 2 different purchases from this vendor. He does deliver what he sells but it may take a bit longer than some have the patience to expect. His shipping rates are are better(cheaper) than one would expect for insured registered delivery. I would not hesitate to buy from MP4Nation again should I decide to buy other electronics and/or accessories that I might want & which this vendor is selling."

"Seller processed an order exactly 4 days after my account was debited. It shipped the ordered item one week after original date. Shipping took 3 weeks.No tracking number or status provided. When item arrived, it was defective. In spite of an advertised replacement policy, seller asked that I ship the unit to company in Hong Kong."

"Avoid MP4 Nation like the plague! If what you're looking for extremely slow shipping, poor communication, and even worse customer service, then MP4 Nation is the store for you! Honestly, there are so many other options for purchasing media player, please look elsewhere to buy!

I ordered a player which, according to information on the store webiste should have arrived by Christmas. The player did not arrive until almost TWO WEEKS after Christmas. When the player DID finally arrive, I realized features advertised on the store web-site did not work as advertised. When I asked "customer service" for help with this feature, all I got was "sorry, we can't help you with that." I've been trying to get an answer from them about procedures to return a falsely advertised product for a refnd, and have heard nothing from them. I've had to file a dispute through PayPal to try to get refunded for a player that does NOT work as advertised.

Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!"

"Ordered RAmos T11RK 8GB 5.0 for $120 on Jan 22. 3 days later a tracking number was emailed to me saying that item had shipped. Unfortunately tracking number was "not found" in Hong Kong Postal database. One month later I emailed support that I had not received anything and that tracking number was still "not found". Support referred me to open a "ticket" and that that was the only way communicate my problem. So I opened a "ticket". 5 days pass and no response. So I post in their forums that ticket has not been answered. That worked. Their answer? "We are looking into this matter". 7 days later they say that my item was shipped back to them damaged and that I could reselect another item. It took them 42 days to provide me with this information. I say give me my money back I will not do business with you again. 7 days pass and no response. I open a Paypal dispute to get them to respond and guess what? I have a refund of $120 as of today. This is bad customer service. Buyer beware."
