I've made many purchases from mp4 nation over the past two years and never had any issues with their products. Shipping is usually 2-3 weeks to get to my house from the time it's shipped from Hong Kong to Canada. They are a good place to buy fun stuff.

What Can You Say About These Lads, They Sent the Stuff After 3 Days and Got To Me After 3 Weeks. Not The Fastest Way To Get Stuff But What Do You Expect From Royal Mail.

I like the forums, good source of help with my player. Customer support took longer to answer but they were also helpful.

MP4 Nation is an excellent place to buy. The orders are shipped quickly - even though I'm from Brazil, the products get to me in no longer than 2 weeks - and the prices are really cheap. I've been their customer for about a year and they've never let me down. Their customer service is active and efficient. I strongly recommend.

The product takes a while to arrive, but what can you say when it's free shipping? But, if you want a faster service and can pay for it, you can buy EMS Express Service.

Avoid MP4 Nation like the plague! If what you're looking for extremely slow shipping, poor communication, and even worse customer service, then MP4 Nation is the store for you! Honestly, there are so many other options for purchasing media player, please look elsewhere to buy!  
 
I ordered a player which, according to information on the store webiste should have arrived by Christmas. The player did not arrive until almost TWO WEEKS after Christmas. When the player DID finally arrive, I realized features advertised on the store web-site did not work as advertised. When I asked "customer service" for help with this feature, all I got was "sorry, we can't help you with that." I've been trying to get an answer from them about procedures to return a falsely advertised product for a refnd, and have heard nothing from them. I've had to file a dispute through PayPal to try to get refunded for a player that does NOT work as advertised.  
 
Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

I almost panicked, i thought my gifts for my kids wouldn't arrive, but my two players arrived safely yesterday :)  
 

I was on the fence from purchasing from these guys, i waited and waited and then finally i saw the Xpress and fell in love. Well i would very much have liked to have got my Xpress, but the xpress was canceled. I got a refund promptly and don't hold it against the guys at mp4nation for not being able to deliver, it really wasn't their fault. Will definitely look to buy again if they have something that again interests me.

Initally they sent me the wrong earphones, but they qere quick to send out the correct pair, which arrived this week. Now enjoying my PL-50 very much. They did send the wrong earphones at first, they were fast to fix their mistake. Thanks Raz!

Excellent prices, quality products, package received in excellent condition. Package was received 13 business days after the order was placed which was expected and within their listed shipping time line.

All of the items i ordered arrived safely.  
 
The onda vx79732gb has a very nice large screen, but i wish it was touch screen.  
 
The SmartQ V7 is very nice but the android is very slow and does not work well.  
 
Would buy from again.
