Wow, where to start - I would gladly put these guys out of business myself if I had the power. It's been over a month since my order was first placed. I've dealt with everything from shipment delay, lack of communication and setting up a refund claim on Paypal because of these turkeys. They just want the money, they don't care if you come back - this is obvious. I am still waiting for my purchase and feel eventaully it will get here as I've been checking the USPS tracking but man, is it slow. If you've already fell into their trap...make noise, file claims, call your credit card companies and try to get your money back - it's the ONLY way I was able to get their attention. Their worthless ticketing system was a joke and they don't respond. It takes a seller like this for me to gladly go out of my way to spread their negative reputation. Search the net - you'll find ripoff complaints on them as well. Can I apply a negative rating here???

The product was as described, it arrived in less than half the predicted delivery time and came charged and ready to go out of the box. I have already made up my mind to order again this time I'm looking at on of your nationite products.

Pls stay away from this crook. unless u dont mind waiting 1-2 months for your order. i ordered oct 15. it took him until oct 21 to "mailed out" which is a lie. he gives a tracking # which means nothing unless he immediately sends to post office. anyway after many complaints and attempts to cancel thru his ticket system it finally shows up on hongkongpost NOV 2, what a coincidence.  
when u send a help ticket, it takes him days to answer and he works around answering it by copying and pasting his policies but does nothing to answer ur question. i asked repeatly to cancel my order and he never does. bottom line he is a theif and should not be in business.  
Dont let him fool u into saying its the Hong kong post office. i ordered plenty stuff from ebay and other mp4 sites from asia and got them in a little over a week. I posted complaints on his forum and he deletes them. if u read the forums u will see many many complaints just like mine so do yourself and favor and go with another website. STAY AWAY PEOPLE DONT LET HIM FOOL U

Order didn't arrive due to address mistake on their part. Instead of informing the customers about this errors via e-mail, they just posted a thread on their forum about it. When I found out my order was going to take around 2 months to arrive, I try to cancel the order. Instead of refunding me, they sent the item back to me using the same HK post. They have no respect for their customer. This problem existed for many other customers also. When complaints were raised at their forum, they just locked the thread. Horrible business practice.

I've waited for 3 months now and I've yet to receive my order. Customer service has been terrible, slow email template replies. Was told tracking of lost parcel will take 3 - 6 weeks, and a refund will be provided after the wait; but that has not happened.

this site is really sucks- i guess he is playing with his customer. I ordered a PDA phone in May 12th and till now( 18th june)no confermation. i wrote them many mail , they reply once after your 10 to 15 mails.So far I dont know I will get my order or not. I request them to cancel my order but no reply from there side. I will stongly suggest to customer to not buy anything from this site. Please do look his product price, pay bit more in other site and get your product instead of loosing whole money- i will never never go through this site.

This company will change your order without telling you and it is not clearly stated on the site. Bait and switch tactics.  
 
They take your money and then offer no customer service at all. Many many people are  
starting to complain about this doubtful operation.

great store great deal i bayed 2 players working good no prob the players arrived to me after 2 weeks also i checked the store for warranty told them that the player is broken they gave me some solutions and after i told them that the player still wont work they told me that i need to send him and they will replace it.

Ordered on the 7th of Jan arrived on 23rd of Jan, normal shipping. I got the Onda VX787, at first i was not happy with it, but through mp4nations forums i found some enhancements that really improved the gadget.

Slowest shipping ever. I placed my order Feb 7 and after two weeks the order was still processing. I contacted mp4nation and they told me the order had been shipped. The order didn't actually ship until the 25th after I had contacted them. Shipping from hong kong so I should receive my order approx a month after ordering. I will gladly pay more and shop elsewhere.

I purchased 2 Nationite OS-43 MP4 players on Nov. 30,2008. I received my MP4 player the last week of Jan. 09. Delays were not caused by the seller but by the manufacturer and the holidays. The players were an exceptional buy as a pre-sale offer with expected delivery date to the Hong Kong Post Office for shipping out by Dec.15. According to the vendor, once there, it would take 2-5 days to leave the post office with a 14 day delivery wait once leaving the HK post office. Here in the US we had the Xmas & New Years Holidays, so I expected the player to be delivered to me later than the predicted date. The players is beautifully crafted and performed as described. What made me purchase from this vendor was his Forum Site. It is the most informative and helpful site among the several I visited and joined. The quality of the product is excellent for the price. The help offered and the information on his forum page is the best on the internet. This was the 1st of 2 different purchases from this vendor. He does deliver what he sells but it may take a bit longer than some have the patience to expect. His shipping rates are are better(cheaper) than one would expect for insured registered delivery. I would not hesitate to buy from MP4Nation again should I decide to buy other electronics and/or accessories that I might want & which this vendor is selling.

This seller sucks in the way that he ignores your email and deleted your post on his user forum. He lied about shipment date until dispute was filed through paypal. Trust me stay away from this seller.

I purchased the Nationite OS-81 8GB Touch Screen - Accessories Special. The screen is good quality, however some videos seem dark. The FM out transmitter that is built in is useless, and the TV out does not work in the USA (PAL only at this point) The bettery life seems to be as advertised. The buttons for power and volume work when they want to. I am a little disturbed because the 2 features that I bought this for, FM out and TV out don't work, not sure if I will purchase anymore Chinese products. Shipping takes forever.
