"Ordered 42" Sony LCD projection TV from their web page. Very easy. Arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. They offered a great price with "FREE SHIPPING", and it was really totally free. Nobody tried to pressure me into getting "insurance" on it, like I've read about on other online stores. They shipped with Watkins shipping, which has a web page that allows tracking, so I tracked it all the way. TV works great, the shipping guy even helped me move my old set. Would definitely use the HOMETHEATERSTORE.com again."
