"Extremely unhappy with this company. Ordered MS Windows 7 Full and Norton anti-virus. I got a Chinese MS Windows 7 re-install and no Norton A/V.
Tried calling several times, left messages and emailed with no response. Currently in conversation with the California Attorney General's Office. I consider them a rip off company at this point."

"I've ordered multiple products from missionsofts...no problems with first 3 orders, slight problem with the 4th order. I called customer service, where I talked to Sarah. She was very friendly and helpful and took care of my problem immediately over the phone. I will purchase from them again!

"I placed an order on May 9th for Windows 7 (Order ). In addition I purchased the two day shipping so that I could have the product by the weekend. The company shipped it out on the 9th, but marked the package for weekday delivery. I am not sure why they would do that, and in essence it delayed the delivery of the package till the following week.
I contacted the company by email, I did recieve one response stating that they would check on it. Since that time I have not heard nor received any response from my additional emails.

To make matters worse the disc that they sent me did not work. I had talked to a lady at the company prior to ordering the disc to verify if was what I needed, and she assured me it was.

If you are thinking about making a purchase from this company, please read all the reviews and see if it is really worth it.

"This was the worst experience I've ever had ordering something from an online store. I ordered Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit but received Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. When I called to get them to correct their mistake, their customer service rep was rude and short with me, putting me on hold with no notice. Finally she said she would send out the correct disc and abruptly hung up on my before I could ask for some kind of confirmation. I waited a week and nothing arrived in the mail, so I called again and spoke with the same woman. Again, she was rude and assured me that she would send out the disc the following day and send me a confirmation email when it had been sent. I never got the email so I called again...same thing. Finally, I called back explaining that I this was now the fourth time I was calling for them to fix their mistake. She refunded my initial purchase and assured me again that they would send me the disc the following day with a confirmation email. It has now been 2 weeks since that call and I have not received an email or the copy of Windows. I got my money back, so I'm not going to waste any more of my time dealing with these incompetent jerks, and neither should you if you value your time and sanity."

"Placed an order for 2 ea- 8 to 30 pin iphone adapters and a copy of Win 7 pro. Received the Win7 pro but did not get the adapters. I have now called three times. The customer service woman I spoke with, that barely speaks English, has hung up on me both times. I would not recommend using this company. I will not be using them again.

5-14-13 -- UPDATE -- I never believed that anyone at the business end reads these reviews. I guess I was wrong. Two days ago I got a call from a very nice lady at Mission softs who explained that what happened to me was awful and that they were going to send the connectors overnight and not charge me for them. And, for my trouble I was also given a couple of extra connectors. Well, Mission Softs. That was some great customer recovery. I do appreciate the gesture. I just wish It hadn't gotten to the point that I had to write it out on the internet for everyone to see it. Please tell customer service that the customer is paying the bills. Nothing make me madder that getting hung up on. The lady that I spoke with was very friendly and outgoing, I hope her job is not on the line. The way she spoke to me was the way the very first interaction should have taken place.
I like the products this company carries. I hope they get these issues straightened out. "

"First off, this review is supposed to be 4 stars. I tried to adjust it, and Reseller ratings would not let me. Now for the review: I had a few issues with this company, but ultimately Megan S in Accounting took care of us. The order arrived on time, however it did not work for my situation but was no fault of theirs. They were nice enough to send out a replacement C.D. at their cost, and when it took longer than expected to receive, they promised me a refund for the full amount AND send me the product. The refund took a while to get, but they were good for it, and I received my product, as well as a refund so all is good. Thanks for your quick attention to this matter Megan S!"

"Ordered 2 Windows 7 Pro - OEM on March 20th. No Ship after 2 emails and 2 calls. Shipped via fed-ex after third call and the software arrived on April 1st without certificates of authenticity. "

"I ordered prodcut for HP computer, they shipped product for Dell computer. I called and was told correct would be shipped, but have never gotten anything further from them. I did not get what I ordered and am filing complaint with credit card company for refund."

"I am not pleased with the service I received from Missionsofts.com. I purchased a copy of Windows 7 and upon installation of the product I got an error message saying the activation key was invalid. After a couple of attempts to activate the software, it appears the installation was successful - but 30 days later I got an error message stating "my 30 day trial had expired". I called Missionsofts and the support tech gave me another activation key over the phone. The key did work, BUT the promised email with a valid key never came. Is this pirated software? I'm not sure. I may have to call Microsoft."

"I placed an order for Windows7 OS disc...very good price compared to everyone else I researched! I selected 'free shipping as it was a choice via USPS, and I wasn't in that much of a hurry. their site showed they processed the order, and within a day, they sent me a 'tracking number'...3 days later, I thought to check its progress, and found USPS had not received the package yet! so I called them...had to leave a message! they didn't respond!!!! I called them the next day, and called till I got a human! I expressed my concern the shipment hadn't gone out, and the young woman said she'd go down to shipping and see what the hold-up was, and get it out, and she'd contact me back...she didn't! So, the next day, I called again! and after many calls and messages/emails,I finally reached her. She said she'd go down to shipping, and for me to call her back in 10 minutes. I did, and no-one would answer the phone for the rest of the day. I called the next day and said (in a message) I'd report them if they did not ship out my product, or, even if they refunded my credit card, as it has been over 9 days now and nothing! She called back and said she was going to see that it would ship "on the same tracking number" out on Priority Mail on them! I checked the next day, and "YES"! the Post Office had it and I received it the next day! the disc came with the validation sticker and worked fine!"
