In regard to the case number on your watch, that is indeed very strange. The case number should be inscribed on the back of the watch casing. We checked inventory, and found the case numbers to be properly identified on the watches. These watches are 100% genuine Seiko watches, and not an OEM brand. The watch is analog-digital - while I could get the digital set up of the watch working, the analog section of the watch does not work. Terrible documentation included in the watch (not MChrono\u0027s fault) does not refer to the Analog portion of the watch at all. In my previous experiences, there\u0027s usually a tab on the crown that needs to be pulled off for the clock to begin ticking. But there was no tab in the watch. Pulled the crown out and pushed it back in a couple of times but no dice. Called Cust service and was issued a RMA. However, what\u0027s not fair is that the shipping back to MChrono has to be on the customer\u0027s dime even though the product is defective. I did not check return policies prior to ordering but should have. Disappointed as the watch looks good. "MChrono ordering, timely follow up to final delivery process is truly 5 star! This Citizen watch is for those who want the benefits of Eco Drive, titanium case/band,a sapphire crystal (which is a great benefit in a watch of this price range)packaged in an elegant and simple watch. The gray dial is to me and added touch of distinction. The weight in light compared with stainless steel. Adding the features or radio controlled, perpetual calendar and automatic DST would move this watch into an entirely price range. In balance,this Citizen watch is among my favorites!"
