I sent in my order on a Monday night and got a call 2 days later on Wednesday from customer service telling me that they are already shipping my computer out that day. I was amazed. 2 days after they called me to let me know that the computer was shipping, it arrived in the mail. Thats A total of 5 days from ordering my laptop online to actually using it in the field. Amazing customer service all around and free 2 day shipping to boot.
