"I tried to stop my order just minutes after placing it. Next morning I got an email saying that it has already been shipped and to return it via FedEx or UPS for a full refund. Tried going through FedEx and they won't ship unless you have a permit to ship dangerous goods. Now I'm stuck with ammunition that I will never use! Tried contacting Heidi but still haven't gotten a response... Horrible."

After 6 working days passed without receiving my order, and my credit card charged, I contacted LuckyGunner and discovered that part of the order was not in stock (it was when I placed the order). I wonder how long it would have been before Luckygunner would have notified me of this issue, had I not contacted them? With $350. in credit card charges tied up, and no product, I decided to ask for a refund on my credit charge. That took another full week. When I asked about the 110% refund guarantee, I received no response.
