"LuckyVitamin offers all the CitroSolv products, so I was able to order everything I wanted from one supplier. That was important also because my order total qualified for free shipping. Being able to order my favorite Nature's Gate fragrance-free liquid soap was a big plus.

It was a good online shipping experience, and the products arrived fast and in great condition. I'm a very satisfied customer."

"Will not buy from them again. Slow shipping. I live about 6 hours from their warehouse and checked FedEx and USPS before purchasing to make sure I did not need to pay extra for a quicker delivery (Item needs refrigeration and can go 1-2 days without). The cheapest methods each stated 1-2 days delivery, so I opted for the standard delivery. Lucky chose what appears to be a more expensive shipping method which takes 4 days to deliver. Makes no sense! Even if you live next door to the warehouse, choose to pay extra for shipping if you need the product soon. I could have ordered from out west and received the item sooner than Lucky's. Item shipped from just outside of Pittsburgh, PA and is now south of Columbus, OH (west). I live outside of DC (east of Pittsburgh). NO SENSE!!! IN RESPONSE TO THEIRS: FedEx SmartPost specializes in the delivery of low-weight, less time-sensitive business-to-consumer packages (per FedEx site). They even claim a difference between SmartPost and Standard Delivery. SmartPost is NOT standard delivery. Lucky needs to state SmartPost is their "standard delivery" so customers can plan accordingly. According to FedEx and USPS's "standard delivery," which I used when deciding to use standard delivery, it was 1-2 days. Had I known they were using SmartPost for time-sensitive items, I would have paid the extra shipping cost. USPS could have gotten the package here in 2 days and cost less than the flat rate shipping price Lucky charges. RIDICULOUS! SmartPost is fine to use on non-refrigerated items, but as stated on the FedEx website, not time-sensitive items. Shame on you, Lucky Vitamins. I take some of the blame for not paying expedited shipping, but I did my research with the information given by Lucky and determined standard shipping would arrive in 1-2 business days. FedEx standard was 1 day and USPS standard was 2 days...both of which were acceptable. SmartPost for refrigerated items is NOT acceptable EVER!
ANOTHER RESPONSE: Exactly, your website does not state SmartPost and neither did your most recent response. Had it shipped FedEx ground or USPS, as you just stated are your shipping methods, then it would have arrived in 1-2 days. I checked before submitting my order. FedEx would have delivered today and USPS tomorrow; both of which would have been acceptable. SmartPost was not mentioned nor should it have been used for a refrigerated item. You should be upfront and state on your website that SmartPost is YOUR "standard delivery method." My purchase was time-sensitive, and you opted to send it via a non-time-sensitive method (as stated per carrier); thus it will arrive damaged."

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours (M-F). Transit time can vary depending on location (east/west coast), package weight, shipping method selected, etc. If the order is shipped within the U.S., tracking information is provided with the shipping email confirmation to assist with transit and approximate delivery details. All shipments leave the warehouse and go directly to the FedEx Hub in Ohio for fastest sorting and then on the local hub in your area. For refrigerated items it is always recommended to choose an Expedited shipping method such as 2Day as a guaranteed transit time.
Our automatic shipment program (Auto Re-order) is the easiest way to reorder your products so you receive them in plenty of time before you run out. As you shop, select the Auto-Reorder Ta on the item details page and set the frequency in which you want to receive that item. Then add that item to your cart. Choose any item available on our website and set an automatic reorder frequency, delivery method and we’ll do the rest.

We do apologize that you were not satisfied with the service of transit time for delivery of your package. LuckyVitamin does state that approximate standard shipping time is between 2-8 business days (not 1-2). Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours however shipping time for standard can vary from 2-8 business days. Standard shipping may include orders shipped either FedEx Ground, USPS, DHL or a combination of the above. Another option outside of Expedited shipping option could be to choose a Ground service which in most cases for your location would arrive quicker (1-2 business days) however it is not a guaranteed method for heat sensitive type products as stated on the item page that is recommended for this product. Again, our apology for the transit time and. Tracking shows delivery of this package is expected in 4 days, on Saturday 5/18.”

"I placed my order on Monday May 6th. I paid extra to get my order a lot sooner and still haven't received my order. I am very disappointed that I could not track my order and very unhappy with the extremely high prices on shipping especially paying extra to get the order quicker, unbelievably high prices. Never had a bad experience with Lucky Vitamin but it happened this time. Hope I get my order tomorrow."

We do apologize that we were unable to fill your order in full. We do stock approximately 97+% of product in the warehouse however order demands can vary. On the Item page if a product is "in stock or out of stock" it will show however due to multiple orders being placed at the same time and quantity of item ordered, information can be somewhat altered. Most products are replenished within just a couple of days but we don’t like to hold up the order, so we ship what we can within 24-48 hours and send the rest as quickly as possible at no additional charge. There is also the ability on the item page to request to be notified when a product is back in stock and an email will be sent to you.
If you want to substitute a back ordered item for a different size, flavor, brand that is in stock, just contact the customer service department and we’ll make the change.

"The aloe vera juice takes some time to get here because I guess it keeps getting damaged in the process. Luckyvitamin does send replacements though. I will continue to order if they continue to send me my goods in a timely fashion! "
