"I,m dissatisfied with my order because I still haven't received my order going on two weeks. Order # 277865, Date: 3/15/2013. It is not until I called and inquired about that I found out that a product was on back order holding the rest of my purchase. I was not informed about it till I called. Request that if a product is back ordered that I'm informed and probably would have paid the additional shipping charge so it would not hold the rest of my purchase. Additionally, I was suppose to get a call back from your shipping representative but never got a call back. I called again three times with no success or call back, making me believe that customers concerns are not important therefore, you may loose a customer for this action and may be a return customer or recommend your store due to this experience. "

"Had an amazing experience! The website had a few kinks but was still easy to browse through. I spoke with Joey on the chat help and he was more than helpful! He answered all of my questions and assured me I made the right choice with my purchase. Delivery was prompt and service was outstanding! I've already recommended this site to many of my friends. 5 stars!!!!!"

"Through some research, Lubery has been out of business for almost a year. They sold off their stores in Long Beach CA. The owner left for TX over a year ago to go into real estate and a fullfilment house had been fullfilling their orders. I had to do a chargeback to get my money back. I should have stuck with their bigget competitor. "

"My partner & I placed an order on 3/14/08, after using lubery.com for several years. Our credit card was charged on 3/17/08 by a company titled JS Holdings, LLC in Texas but no product was shipped. As others have noted, the website is down & the 866/432-4022 # is disconnected. I just emailed Mr Stapleton at jack@jackstapleton.com for a refund. If it doesn't show, I'll be disputing it with our bank & filing a complaint with the BBB in Texas, not to mention contacting the CA & TX regulatory agencies where his RE licenses are held."

"I placed an order with Lubery.com on the 13th of Feb, 2008. It is now the 25th. I went to the website to track my order, BUT GUESS WHAT ... website is DOWN!!! Attempted to call them, BUT GUESS WHAT ... phone number is disconnected. Lovely. What a great business. I have filed claims with Wells Fargo, expressing my great upset and they "will look into it". Doesn't it seem ODD that their website would be "down" and the phones disconnected?! They sure took my money, though. No product to show for it, however. What a great way to run a business. I think it's called FRAUD, isn't it?"

"I have had the same issues as everyoen else - being charged for a product they don't have, bad customer services. My last order they over-charged me. I received 75% of my order (one item they didn't carry apparently, though I was never notified). The itemized order total was different than what they charged me. They overcharged! I have contact information for Jack Stapleton in case anyone else would like to get their money back. 512-255-5050 or 512.264.5115 He is a real estate agent in Austin, TX. now. This is the man though. I received an e-mail from him through his website www.jackstapleton.com, and his fax number listed is the same as it is for lubery/On-Click. Lubery.com should be taken down immediately. I think the business addresses listed for lubery are fakes as well. Google maps has the street view now for the addresses I've seen. DO NOT BUY FROM LUBERY WHATEVER YOU DO."
