I emailed seller regarding this problem on 11\/22\/12, asking when I should expect my DVDs. Seller replied 10 days later, on 12\/2\/12, stating that they had mailed out all the DVDs. <br>I emailed again on 12\/2\/12, stating that I had received no DVDs from this order, & to send them to me. No response from seller since then. <br>This Seller has offered no evidence (such as a Delivery Conformation, Proof of Mailing, Tracking Number, etc.), that my order was mailed to me. <br>The cost of their products is extremely high, because for my $150, I got nothing in return. <br>I filed a dispute with PayPal (which was my payment method), but they say they \u0022cannot help\u0022 me resolve this issue. <br>They seem to have a good selection of hard-to-find films, but Buyer Beware that you may not receive anything for your money. I finally got my DVD\u0027s after fruitless emails leading nowhere, but I saw immediately that these DVD\u0027s were very poor copies and only one would work on my player, the one that did was terrible quality and kept on stopping and pausing making watching impossible or very frustrating at least. A problems did come up, but they handled it quickly and competently. A DVD that I ordered was lost in the mail. When I did not receive it in a reasonable amount of time, I emailed them. I received an answer asking for me to verify my name\/address. Once my information was verifed they immediately sent a replacement. The order came quickly, wrapped securely, and the box and disc were in excellent condition. The quality of the DVD was good, and it was wonderful to see a movie that I haven\u0027t seen in 25 years or more and thought I never would again. I recommend Loving the Classics and will continue to order from them in the future!
