posted Mar-17-2012 “I'm not sure where this gentleman got the idea that we have poor customer service. Customer's order was sent within 7 business days as promised. Customer also sent 4 emails in 2 days all of which were answered. We have attempted to contact the customer through their email address and through this forum and have yet to receive a response. We want to make this customer happy, but that's difficult to do if they refuse to communicate with us.”

I\u0027ve received great vintage movies from Loving the Classics on two occasions, now...These guys have movies you just won\u0027t find anywhere else! I did have a slight problem in my first order of a rare Richard Greene movie, but they quickly offered to replace it or refund my money. Since the issue was not a defective disc but a problem from the original tape source, I figured I\u0027d just have to live with the issue. But they actually offered to make a new copy from a NEW source! It took a few weeks (as expected), but they were true to their word and sent me a SUPERIOR copy of the movie I had ordered! Old classics may not be as clear as Blue Ray, but because of their age and quality, a flicker, video roll or sync problem, now and then,should be expected. Out of the 5 films, two were not up to the standards I expected, however they were replaced, because of LTC\u0027s guarantee, and I was satisfied. The LTC movies come in a case at no additional charge. Other old movies from web sites I have visited come in a paper sleeve. The case is extra. This is the best site I have found for hard to find old movies for both inventory and availabilty year round. Don\u0027t expect restored condition or you will be disappointed. They have begun to grade some of the movies but not all and they have started having clips available on some, but remeber these are from best source available and that can be pretty rough sometimes.<br> Now having said all that their site is nicely laid out and very easy to search. E-mailing with questions gets you fast responce and resolution of any problems. If you become a member you get update e-mails from them with monthly specials. The packaging on the DVDs is quite professional. With synopsis, star list dates lenth of time etc. printed on back cover. My nephew has friends who are into classic DVD\u0027s and one of them advised me to try \u0022Loving The Classics\u0022 and sure enough they did have it. Friends of mine didn\u0027t remember this film at all but I think it is an underrated film. The copy I received from \u0022Loving The Classics\u0022 was perfect in every way. They\u0027ve got me as a customer. B&W is about the only kind of movie that my family watches and they have become the perfect gift item for my Dad. Thanks to LovingtheClassics I can find new movies that he doesn\u0027t have already and my siblings haven\u0027t already purchased for him! I love the customer service at LTC and really enjoy their films. They have monthly sales and have very low shipping charges. It always a pleasure to do business with them and their products are rare and hard to find. I purchased 4 of them and have received two since there was a backorder fot the others. I was informed promptly of the fact that two of the titles were backordered. I am so happy with these dvds. The quality is pretty good and the prices very reasonable. If you are looking for hard to find classics I recommend going to this site for they have many hard to find titles and you may find yourself finding more than you are looking for as I have. "I am disgusted with the service, or lack of it, provided by this company. They say they send goods within 7 business days which is a lie. They say they respond to emails within 2 business days, which is also a lie. My order has not been processed after 11 business days and I've had no communication from them despite many attempts. My advice is to avoid this seller and try to find the products you want from another supplier.
