If there is a quality issue with anything we have sent, you can contact us at support@ltc.zendesk.com and we would be happy to investigate. However it must be noted that many of the DVDs we work with are Public Domain items, meaning the copy rights have been allowed to expire. There are not necessarily any original copies of these items in circulation, as in some cases the original film has been lost or destroyed. If you have concerns about quality, you can always contact us before ordering and we would be happy to give you a detailed review.
