"I ignored the warnings on sites such as this and thought I would see if the few positives were true and all the negatives were untrue. The negatives are the only truths this site deserves and it's worse than I had imagined. The discussion on only ONE title purchased and questions on ONE more I wished to order generated no less than 50 emails! No one has time to create, send, ask again, re-send and beg for answers again and again from a site whose owners, Danielle and Heather, do not pay attention to anything asked or written. Don't waste your time or money on this site. Talk about obscurities...that's practically all they sell and if your DVD player doesn't play DVD-R's you're out of luck! They don't even use clean, studio copies of films. Mine was copied from AMC (American Movie Classics) Had I wanted a DVD like that I could have recorded it myself! That site is a total waste of time, money and energy."
"Loving the Classics is the site I go to when I’m looking for classic movies. They have a great selection and even group their movies by decade, genre, or you can search by title. I’ve always loved classic horror movies, and was so excited to see they had a copy of “The Mad Doctor of Market Street.” I’ve only had good experiences with this company, and will continue to buy from them for my horror movie needs."

"I placed an order for the movie "Paid In Full" on May 13. The company sent a confirmation e-mail telling me that a second e-mail with a tracking link would be sent when the order was shipped, and that if I had questions I could call customer service between 10-4 from Monday to Friday.The second e-mail came on May 19, with no tracking link, only a shipment number.When I still hadn't received the movie on the 22nd, I tried calling the customer service number (937-329-9780). After two days of reaching nothing but voicemail, I left a message. The company never responded.The following day, with the phone number still unreachable, I sent an email to an address I found on a customer review site (email@example.com). They never responded.A week later I left a message on a phone number for the company given to me by Visa (307-213-4416). No reply.I finally filed a dispute with Visa and notified them of LTC's lack of response. They immediately credited my account.As of today (June 2), I still haven't received the movie or heard any response from LTC."

Could it be ballot stuffing?I too bought from this site because they listed titles on DVD never released anywhere else... and I too had to write to them again and again because they took months, not weeks to ship and then they either sent the wrong title or it was incomplete! It took me six months to straighten out my first order and all the screw-ups when they tried to fix it! If you buy from them notice how the return address on their labels change too!Needless to say, I do not recommend them at all and the positive comments here I think are bogus.You have been warned.Larry S."
"On 10/10/12, I ordered 11 DVDs from Loving the Classics, & have not received any of them, as of 12/15/12. I emailed seller regarding this problem on 11/22/12, asking when I should expect my DVDs. Seller replied 10 days later, on 12/2/12, stating that they had mailed out all the DVDs. I emailed again on 12/2/12, stating that I had received no DVDs from this order, & to send them to me. No response from seller since then. This Seller has offered no evidence (such as a Delivery Conformation, Proof of Mailing, Tracking Number, etc.), that my order was mailed to me. The cost of their products is extremely high, because for my $150, I got nothing in return. I filed a dispute with PayPal (which was my payment method), but they say they "cannot help" me resolve this issue. They seem to have a good selection of hard-to-find films, but Buyer Beware that you may not receive anything for your money. "
"I bought 5 Jane Withers films. They arrived in good time but I noticed one film was missing about a minute from its ending. I contacted LTC and they provided a replacement film. They have a great inventory of classic films. I've not had any problems with LTC."
