Customer also sent 4 emails in 2 days all of which were answered. We have attempted to contact the customer through their email address and through this forum and have yet to receive a response. We want to make this customer happy, but that's difficult to do if they refuse to communicate with us.”
"I am disgusted with the service, or lack of it, provided by this company. They say they send goods within 7 business days which is a lie. They say they respond to emails within 2 business days, which is also a lie. My order has not been processed after 11 business days and I've had no communication from them despite many attempts. My advice is to avoid this seller and try to find the products you want from another supplier.
