I have placed 113 (completed) orders with this company since 2005. Some were for single items, some for multiple items. All items ordered were received promptly and in good order. All orders were filled correctly. Once staff used an incorrect shipping method that was rather expensive - the vendor offered me either a refund of the amount in excess of the normal cost, or a rather generous credit - no argument,no hassle. I referred to completed orders above, as I have some orders currently in process. Each of those orders is waiting for availability of the requested items. I have placed many such orders, and have never been charged before the item ships. Regardless of the time between the order date and the ship date, the price I pay is always the price advertised at the time of order (in $US).

I had a problem downloading so emailed them at an incerdibly busy time for them as they launched v4 and asked for a DVD instead. One week later they were able to answer with instructions- not just auto-reply and confirm DVD was on its way from the US to the UK at no charge.They are obviously people who do there best for their customers even when screaming busy. Nice to see their faith by their deeds! I have had other stuff and the service is always good and the products are top end and very good value for money

I have nothing but good things to say about Logos Bible Software. They are a worldclass organization meeting the needs of pastors, students of God's Word and laymen like myself who teach regularly. Their customer service staff is very knowledgeable and quickly respond to inquiries and/or problem fixes that arise out of normal use of software products. I have recommended Logos to a number of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I have both the silver Logos Bible Software and I am very happy to own a copy of this software, because it is very helpful on my studies in my bible institute. I can fine all the information that I need to do all my projects and homework. I am pleased to have both this program. It is a great tool for me, knowing, and understanding the word of God in it exact context. It makes me fill confident when I talk the word of God to others whenever he leads me to do so. I thank the Logos Bible Software Co. for this great software.

I am not in a position to review the software yet, but I can tell you that the buying experience and company-customer interaction is amongst the very best, if not the best I have ever encountered. They got my business in a flash.  
They find ways to answer every purchase-related question and to make it easy to say "Yes please".  
I feel like they would even have hand-delivered the software to Australia if I insisted! Fantastic service.

Logos is a really great company. Even so, I've had some issues with them. One of my main pet peeves is that they rarely (if ever-- and I don't really count that 'Christmas special') have any good sales on individual books. This often keeps me from buying anything, and I'm sure that in the future, I'll be very tempted to buy the print edition of a book if it's any cheaper (or even the same price) as the Logos edition.  
 
I had an issue with an upgrade price where I was previously told one thing and actually offered another once Logos 4 came out, but Logos was willing to work with me on that. I really appreciate their working especially hard to keep me happy with my purchase.  
 
The mac side of Logos 4 still far from complete, but these things take time and I can use Logos 4 on windows until the Mac side works.  
 
All in all, Logos 4 is good software and Logos is a good company. Their software undoubtedly helps many people to study the Scriptures in depth. I really wish they had more sales on individual books, though. They'd probably sell a lot more that way, too! It seems like it'd be a good company move... :)  
 
Also - be careful to read the EULA before making your purchase. They say Logos is for a single person to use. So be careful not to show Logos to any of your friends or family and let them use it, or you're in violation of your license agreement.

After fighting with version 4 for the last few days, including hours spent watching videos and searching forums, I am very disappointed with this version, and deeply regret the upgrade. Here is what I have found so far, and why I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this product:  
 
There is no way to control the library resources. I don’t need, or want all the resources I have purchased over the years to consume space on my hard drive. With this new version I now have gigs of space taken up by books that I don’t need, or use.  
 
I am unable to share Logos with other users on my computer. My wife also uses this, and now she can’t use it when logged on with her profile. I see that your new end user agreement spells this out, which I not only think is ridiculous, but also deceitful. Just as I have a physical bookshelf in my house that both me and my wife use, we should be able to use these books on our shared computer. Also in regards to my first point you not only require me and my wife to purchase separate licenses, but with us sharing a computer you require us to use up precious hard drive space with multiple copies of the resources.  
 
The search function doesn’t work right. In version 3 for instance I search for the topic of Baptism and I get 208 hits, version 4 only finds 1 hit under topics (version 4 does find over 11,000 hits in my library, but that is almost useless).  
 
Version 4 seems to run much slower, especially on startup.  
 
It is more cumbersome to insert scripture into my Word docs.  
 
At this point I feel like I wasted my money, which is very hard to come by these days, and wish there was some way I could trade in Logos and all the resources I have purchased over the years, just as I do with physical books, and use that money to get one of the better products made by one of thier competitors.

Only superlatives! At risk of triteness(?), they exemplify the principles and teachings of the very product they sell. They are what they sell - GOD's word in all forms, shapes, and fashions - but the truth of his WORD never changes.

Took 4 weeks to get receive my order. After 3 weeks, I sent an email asking about it, and I got back an automated "We're too busy right now" reply. My order came a week later with no explanations.  
 
Honestly, it would have just been faster to walk to WA to pick it up myself.

I purchased LOGOS 4 Scholars Silver Package on January 9, 2010 and it only took about a week for me to upgrade to the Platinum edition because the content is just so valuable. I can see there was and is a lot of thought put into this program. I now own over 1100 books for a fraction of what it would cost (not to mention the time to sift through all the material to find what I'm looking for) if I were to purchase them all individually. LOGOS provided me with great support and offers an interest free monthly payment plan which makes it incredibly affordable. Instead of buying a TV with no interest, I got a Bible program that I will be able to use for a long, long time. Great Product, Great Service, Great Support. Thanks, Logos.

I have been purchasing from Logos for a number of years. They are a God-centered company. The people are pleasant, courteous, and committed to serving their customers. You can rest assured that products will be as advertized. (Software from the best companies still may have bugs. Logos is dedicated to fixing them.) Shipped materials are appropriately packaged and downloads can be trusted. Addendum: I have received the product and it is as advertized. I am already using it--wonderful.
