I contacted LOGOS customer support and was informed that to obtain some additional capabilities for the program I currently have,I would have to update to the LOGOS Bible Software 4.
I have been a LOGOS user for years and it was great to learn that I could get a discount and not have to pay the full price for the update.
It is always a pleasure doing business with a reputable establishment like LOGOS.

I have still not use V4 but I'm very satisfied with V3 in Windows. I'm also a Mac user and, although not very satisfied with this version of Logos for Mac, I'm very excited to know Logos plans to significantly improve this version for Mac with V4. I can't wait to have it working at my MacBook Pro.
Having the iPhone (I expect it will also work with iPod Touch with v3 software) is GREAT idea.
Logos must know they are blessing my life and ministry in an enormous way (and pretty sure the life and ministries of thousands)

I started my library during the spring of 2008 with the purchase of Scholar's Library. Then I added two major counselor's collections. Right now I am completing a BA in counseling and will begin grad school to become a Christian counselor.
The Logos Scholar's Gold Library, which is what I now have, has already proven to be a tremendous asset to my education, not to mention my own insight and knowledge into my christian faith and my ability to be able to give a defense of what, why, and how following Christ and emmersing self into His Word - Logos is growing more and more exciting each day.
I look forward to growing more deeply in our heritage, our history, and in His mercy and grace daily. Additionally, I am grateful for the Logos Biblical Software and the way that they have made my growth and advancement toward fulfilling God call on my life a meaninful and rewarding experience - one day at a time.

The whole ordering system at Logos is brilliant and painless even for me a computer idiot. More reassuring still is knowing that if anything goes wrong customer support is also brilliant and rapid. The final thing I love about Logos is that in the event of a computer crash the whole thing can be retrieved and assistance given from the staff. It so nice to be treated courteously even when someone like me might asks a very naive question. This order I downloaded was all done and up and running in about 20 minutes. Well done Logos team. Blssings on your business. It is God honouring the way you are functioning.

Just a comment on the purchase of a software package this morning. The salesman, Dave, was most helpful. He was professional and personal. My sales rep was Jim and he was extraordinary. As a Customer Service professional there are certain things that I look for when I'm in the position of a cosumer. He was off the charts in terms of his customer centric approach. I have already recommended this product to 5 of my minister friends and will recommend it to many more. If he is a direct reflection on the entire company then Logos is in good shape. Thanks Jim and the entire Logos corporation. Jim if you were my employee I would reward you accordingly. Kudos!!!!

I have used Logos Bible software for almost a year now. Its amazing. I started with the Scholar's Gold base package and have added books and addins along the way. I would guess I have spent upwards of $3000 now, which is ALOT for me, but the value of having this software and library is amazing. I have also fallen in love with the pre-pub program that allows customers to save BIG. I love this software and recommend it to everyone.
Also, they are a Christian organization who acts like it. I found myself jobless and unable to make payments for 3 months. They were caring and nice, no late fees, no guilt. It honestly felt like they cared more about my hard time than they cared about getting their money, and for that I will always be a loyal customer.

From the first time I contacted Logos Bible software through my recent purchase, I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of the Logos team. When I encountered a question during my install I contacted Logos via their 1-800 number. To my delight I reached a real person who took an interest in my question. Steve, my Logos support representative exceeded my expectations and walked me through the entire process.
With an unsurpassed product, like the Logos Bible Software, and the backing of a top notch customer support team, I fully recommend Logos to anyone!

I have loved this software since I first received it as a seminary gift from from my wife, however, I have always been dissappointed with the pre-pub process (have written a few times to them about it) and hope that they come up with a better way of 'dinging' your account then sending on email notice on Monday and dinging your account on Tuesday (for example). I also wish there was a Platinum saver card (for thos who have this product)....

As in every precedent order, I have received irreproachable attention at every question and doubt that came up. And they have been many, for I am not a great computer user, neither a native of English. And in this particular order I was shifting from Microsoft to Apple! They have always been patient and able to overcome my lack of technical knowledge about computers to help me efficiently, in spite of the language difficulty! I am sure I will have the same to say about my most recent order, still in progress!

They were very fast in processing my order. I sent the order on September 14th and received my items on the 17th of September. Their products and service are first rate. They answer emails very quickly and they have great customer service. When I have called you get a live person to talk to, not some computer, that to me gets high marks.
