"Shirts just came bought 16 shirts L 2XL a Vest and 3 blouses. The Stitching is done well and at a very cheap price. Before this we had dealt with Land's End and They made us buy a ton of shirts, and were more expensive and worse quality. All and All I am satisfied."

"I’d just like to say that this company works hard to make you feel like a valued customer. The shirts I ordered were a huge hit and based on this experience, I would have zero hesitation in returning as a customer in the future."

"This company is very disorganized. Shipping is very VERY slow. I have spent over $2000.00 with this company (which is only a fraction of what we and our sister companies spend on promotions). At one point I vowed never to buy from them again, I should have kept my vow. I would never trust a company with a large order until they prove that they will not let us down. At this point, I would not trust this company with an order for a Cheeseburger. They make promises that they do not keep. Every time I called, the person that I speak to has no knowledge of the last time that I called. There are so many other companies out there that appreciate the money that you spend and try to accomodate your needs, this is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache embarassment disappointment. "

"Fantastic Company! I ordered a number of polo shirts with my logo embroidered. The shirts were great, the logo was sub- par (keep reading please). I called LogoUp to express my dissatisfaction. Bruce assured me their must have been something wrong with the machine. I was skeptical. He offered to replace the order no charge. I received the shirts and the embroidered logo looked great. You cannot beat customer service like this. Taking a chance on a company found on the internet sounds scary. LogoUp is anything but. Great customer service, and great work. I will use them repeatedly for my embroidery needs."

"Have ordered from them multiple times, without issue. Only one of my orders ever had a problem- it was a little delayed getting confirmation that they could match a specific Pantone color on my logo. (they did, and it looks great!) No idea what some of the negative reviews are about here- may they never happen to me."

"Product quality and embroidery details are great. Set up and shipping fees are practically free with minimal orders.

I've ordered 3 times from LogoUp. The first two orders were super smooth. The third had several hiccups in the early stages. HOWEVER - I experienced something you don't get with most other companies. This company is 100% committed to making things right and approved it in the end. I received follow up calls and emails to assure that I was pleased. I felt valued as a customer!

Will I order a fourth time? How could I not? Placing another order later this week. "

"Horrible!!!!
i spent a full day picking out products, but they only allow "the united states" on their country list, not taking in to concern there is other countries in the world. When i gave them a USVI po box to send to, they would not do it. Find someone serious to do it in stead. These people do not deliver the "super-easy ordering process" they claim to. never got to order."

“Hello, with regards to this customer's order; We had informed the customer that international shipping does incur extra fees (this information can be found on our FAQ section). Our FAQ also states that we ship FedEx Express & Ground and are unable to accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address. The customer was unable to provide us with a non P.O. Box mailing address. "I recently wrote a negative review which I need to amend. I had a problem with my order at Logoup.com and it has now been resolved in a very positive manner. Their employee Brett was very apologetic, responded quickly and could not have been more polite- very, very nice to work with! "

"Fast and professional. They do a good job, but they do rip you off on shipping. $13 for ground shipping on a $11.97 product that weighs less than 2 pounds? Are you SERIOUS? I like the products, but even if they sent the item Priority Mail, the most it should've been was $6. And yes, the line item was Shipping, not S&H."

"I should have listened to the previous negative review with LogoUp. They may be the cheapest but obviously they are not fastest service. 4 weeks after I made my order, they are still with the lame excuse of redoing my logo on the shirts. Mind you this is after repeated phone call, chat, and email request. "

“Hello, regarding this order: According to our records you had placed the order on 9/21/2012 and received your logo proof on 9/26/2012 (3 business days). I see here that you had requested a change to the logo proof and received the revised proof on 9/27/2012 and approved it. Your order then went into production and was shipped out on 10/16/2012 (13 business days). "Ordered only 13 shirts on April 13th, 2012. After six weeks of waiting I canceled the order. Timely delivery is not their priority however customer service was pleasant to deal with."

"Our School just received our shirts about a week ago, and I must say we are more than thrilled! I am very amazed on how the embriodery actual turned out... considering our logo seemed pretty difficult. Howard, in customer service went above and beyond for me during the order process. He really assured me someone was always there to help. Overall, my school and I are very pleased and will be ordering again very soon! :)"

"They reeled me in with low prices and promises of greatness but let me down with lackluster service. There are already a few reviews here about LogoUp's speed of service... heed them. They simply don't have the resources to serve their customer base.

They'll send e-mail after e-mail telling you how busy they are. It took over a week just to get an embroidery proof. I never received any tracking information and the order still showed as unshipped on their website even after I received it. It took several weeks before it actually changed status to "shipped".

Nonetheless, I re-ordered a shirt from them using the existing logo that they already had on file and had produced before. Somehow they managed to make an error with the embroidery and wouldn't respond to my e-mails. I even let them know that I'd be posting this negative review and received no response. (This item also still shows as in processing on their website.)

Don't let them reel you in with low prices and the stupid super hero gimmic. If there's a villian in this industry - it's them."

"Extremely Happy with this company! Nobody can compete with there prices. Customer service's went above and beyond for me, and I am thrilled with the quality of the embrodiery. Will definetely use them again"

"I ordered polo shirts for my entire office to wear at a trade show. The quality was better than I expected, and they were able to embroider my logo perfect. The two gentlemen in customer service were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."
