Our company has bought from Logic Supply for 3 years and about 5-10 different projects for several types of mini-ITX machine. They've always delivered great kits quickly, and never sent us DOA merchandise. These guys are simply the best if you want quality and don't want to have to think of what's compatible with what else; you pick your base kit, change your upgrade options, and you're done. And the prices are great for what you're getting.

Logic Supply was the only place I could find a totally silent case and cooling solution for the Zotac Ion ITX dual core Atom processor board. They have the Serener GS-L05 Fanless Mini-ITX Case with a Heat Pipe for ZOTAC IONITX and a Power Switch on back of unit. The case was shipped the next day after I placed my order by UPS and arrived very well packed and without any damage. Logic Supply is a very reliable vendor.

Great company! I called and spoke to someone very nice who verified stock levels before ordering. The order went through extremely fast and we had the 30 cases in our hands in just a few days with no problems!  
 
This is my third order with them, every order has been flawless and their people have been friendly and knowledgeable. Their website also contains very useful articles and detailed product information.  
 
They also have excellent technical support- they know their products well. All-in-all, one of the best online places I have ever done business with.

I ordered a chenbro chassis, hard drive and mini-itx motherboard on January 5th at night and it was delivered a day and a half later in perfect condition. Pretty fast then and pretty well done ;-)  
 
It was my first order on Logic Supply's website but I won't hesitate to do more business with them in the future.  
 
For their professionalism I highly recommend them.

Order shipped next day and arrived on time. System assembly was fast and all components integrated with no modifications. I highly recommend Logic Supply.

I waited to write this review until I could make sure everything was okay, and would go smoothly. I'm glad I did. There were a few glitches in my system, and these guys were FAR AND AWAY the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The returns, exchanges, and replacements drug out for about 2 months as I tried to make my system. They were just as good with the last one as they were with the first.  
 
When I was having issues, Via tech support (the guys that made my motherboard) suggested Logic Supply would have better answers than they would.  
 
If everyone ran their business like this, we would not need this site, the Better Business Bureau, or the FTC.  
 
The first company I've looked forward to doing business with again.

Good product, smooth purchase and delivery of product.

Great products. Great prices and Fast shipping. What more can you ask for? I will be repeating business with them again.

You know, what I love about working with small companies is that you often get to talk to knowledgeable people who are excited about what they do. Logic Supply is an excellent example of this.

Pretty quick response from Logic Supply's email support team to confirm that their product would suit my needs.  
 
Ordering was typically easy, although notification as to whether the account saves CC info (it appears not to) would be helpful.  
 
Order fullfillment and shipping were extremely rapid. Item arrived the day after ordering.  
 
I will order from LS again without hesitation.

The order was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. However, what was really great was the technical sales help. Rather than having to pick through their extensive web site and hope all the components I selected would work together, I told their technical sales rep what I was looking for and he quickly provided me with two suggestions.  
 
Although his first suggestion was what I had asked for, what was great was his second suggestion, which was more than I initially asked for but was what I ended up purchasing after all. By making me aware of products I hadn't considered, I ended up getting a much better product than I thought was available, and Logic Supply succeeded in selling a more expensive product (I thought I had to be content with an Atom CPU, but I had no idea that a dual-core Atom, when combined with an nVidia chipset, used such little power).

Very easy to navigate the website and all prices and shipping cost clearly visible. As far as shipping I ordered at 2pm and they still managed to ship out the same day. That's what I call service.  
Definitely would buy from again.

My first time buying from Logic Supply. Customer service was great. They were very proactive in informing me about an issue related to my order that would cause some delays. I really appreciate that. Everything arrived and works well. They are a great resource in the growing low power / small form factor market. The web site is easy to navigate and filled with helpful information. They have a prominent spot in my bookmark list.

Order arrived promptly and with all items in the box. Items worked fine and were tested prior to shipping (with associated cost) with test checkoff sheet included. Only minor issue was some items were included inside one of the parts boxes rather than loose inside the main shipping container. Cause some consideration until the parts were located. Part should be package in their own boxes inside the main shipping container for easy check off by the order receiving department.
