I ordered a Broadcom Hardware Decoder BCM970012 - PCIe Mini Card (for HD Video acceleration) to be used in an HP Mini 1030CA netbook. Everything from the ordering process through shipping (to CANADA) & receiving was easy and prompt. I had occasion to contact the shipping and receiving department and they were easy to reach and immediately helpful. The part was OEM with no instructions (but plenty of info elsewhere on the net and other reviews indicate Logic Supply has excellent technical support available). The card itself works incredibly well. I can now play high resolution 1080p video files and movies on my netbook with ease. Without the Broadcom Decoder card the HP Mini choked on 720p. So in short...easy, quick process for ordering, shipping and receiving as well as easy access to actual assistance if needed. Excellent service and the card worked exactly as described - a solid 9.5/10.

I ordered in 04 March 2010 one "Broadcom Hardware Decoder BCM970012 - PCIe Mini Card" $44.00. Because I am from Romania but I used an temporary address, they sent me a note on email asking me about my billing address. I phone them and that problem was solved immediately and they shipped in the same day. I received the package few days before than I had expected and this was very good for me.  
Also, I wrote a note in the comment box:  
"I didn't find any link to <<Total Media Theater>> as it is specified in your page. Please be so king and provide me that link to download <<Total Media Theater>>. Thank you. "  
 
and the answer it was prompt and helpful:  
"Dear Cristian,  
In regards to the note in your order. Sorry for the confusion. The software that is referred to is no longer available. The regular Total Media Theater will not support blue-ray so we removed it. The text you saw was a website error that has now been corrected."  
 
The only negative thing is that they didn't tell me that I will need two small screws to mount that mini-pci module and I had to go in some specialized shops to get them. I think they should provide the needed screws also.  
 
So, in general, I am pleased with this seller, I'll give them 4/5.

Logic Supply is an online refuge from the confusion and frustration I encountered in my perplexing search for a suitable, small and beautiful case that would accommodate my mini-itx motherboard, but not cost me a paycheck to acquire. Logic supply has an appealing and easy to browse assortment of mini-itx cases for me to choose from, and after completing their prompt and easy checkout I received my brand new and beautiful case a few short days later.

I was able to find the hard-to-track-down products that I had been looking for at Logic Supply. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they processed and shipped my order quickly. They were also quick to respond to some initial questions I had with accurate and concise answers. I am quite satisfied with my purchase, and will definitely consider Logic Supply when I'm making future purchases.

Our company has bought from Logic Supply for 3 years and about 5-10 different projects for several types of mini-ITX machine. They've always delivered great kits quickly, and never sent us DOA merchandise. These guys are simply the best if you want quality and don't want to have to think of what's compatible with what else; you pick your base kit, change your upgrade options, and you're done. And the prices are great for what you're getting.

Logic Supply was the only place I could find a totally silent case and cooling solution for the Zotac Ion ITX dual core Atom processor board. They have the Serener GS-L05 Fanless Mini-ITX Case with a Heat Pipe for ZOTAC IONITX and a Power Switch on back of unit. The case was shipped the next day after I placed my order by UPS and arrived very well packed and without any damage. Logic Supply is a very reliable vendor.

Great company! I called and spoke to someone very nice who verified stock levels before ordering. The order went through extremely fast and we had the 30 cases in our hands in just a few days with no problems!  
 
This is my third order with them, every order has been flawless and their people have been friendly and knowledgeable. Their website also contains very useful articles and detailed product information.  
 
They also have excellent technical support- they know their products well. All-in-all, one of the best online places I have ever done business with.

I ordered a chenbro chassis, hard drive and mini-itx motherboard on January 5th at night and it was delivered a day and a half later in perfect condition. Pretty fast then and pretty well done ;-)  
 
It was my first order on Logic Supply's website but I won't hesitate to do more business with them in the future.  
 
For their professionalism I highly recommend them.

Order shipped next day and arrived on time. System assembly was fast and all components integrated with no modifications. I highly recommend Logic Supply.

I waited to write this review until I could make sure everything was okay, and would go smoothly. I'm glad I did. There were a few glitches in my system, and these guys were FAR AND AWAY the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The returns, exchanges, and replacements drug out for about 2 months as I tried to make my system. They were just as good with the last one as they were with the first.  
 
When I was having issues, Via tech support (the guys that made my motherboard) suggested Logic Supply would have better answers than they would.  
 
If everyone ran their business like this, we would not need this site, the Better Business Bureau, or the FTC.  
 
The first company I've looked forward to doing business with again.

You know, what I love about working with small companies is that you often get to talk to knowledgeable people who are excited about what they do. Logic Supply is an excellent example of this.
