You know, what I love about working with small companies is that you often get to talk to knowledgeable people who are excited about what they do. Logic Supply is an excellent example of this.

Pretty quick response from Logic Supply's email support team to confirm that their product would suit my needs.  
 
Ordering was typically easy, although notification as to whether the account saves CC info (it appears not to) would be helpful.  
 
Order fullfillment and shipping were extremely rapid. Item arrived the day after ordering.  
 
I will order from LS again without hesitation.

The order was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. However, what was really great was the technical sales help. Rather than having to pick through their extensive web site and hope all the components I selected would work together, I told their technical sales rep what I was looking for and he quickly provided me with two suggestions.  
 
Although his first suggestion was what I had asked for, what was great was his second suggestion, which was more than I initially asked for but was what I ended up purchasing after all. By making me aware of products I hadn't considered, I ended up getting a much better product than I thought was available, and Logic Supply succeeded in selling a more expensive product (I thought I had to be content with an Atom CPU, but I had no idea that a dual-core Atom, when combined with an nVidia chipset, used such little power).

Very easy to navigate the website and all prices and shipping cost clearly visible. As far as shipping I ordered at 2pm and they still managed to ship out the same day. That's what I call service.  
Definitely would buy from again.

My first time buying from Logic Supply. Customer service was great. They were very proactive in informing me about an issue related to my order that would cause some delays. I really appreciate that. Everything arrived and works well. They are a great resource in the growing low power / small form factor market. The web site is easy to navigate and filled with helpful information. They have a prominent spot in my bookmark list.

Order arrived promptly and with all items in the box. Items worked fine and were tested prior to shipping (with associated cost) with test checkoff sheet included. Only minor issue was some items were included inside one of the parts boxes rather than loose inside the main shipping container. Cause some consideration until the parts were located. Part should be package in their own boxes inside the main shipping container for easy check off by the order receiving department.

I would have like to know that the bios for the motherboard did not allow for booting from a flash drive before purchasing, but Logic Supply provided the updated bios on its website for me to update it so I could boot from a flash drive. It was difficult getting there and I probably would have bought a different board in the first place had I been given the information up front, but enough tools were available for me to fix the problem.  
 
Shipping was good and quick. The selection of Intel Atom boards, while skimpy, is the best that I have seen. Generally it was a okay experience. I'd buy from them again.

I am very happy with the service that I get from LogicSupply . This is the third time I order from them and their service is second to none.

Any company can ship out product -- one only finds out how good (or bad) they are when something goes wrong. I had trouble with my motherboard, and Logic Supply was absolutely fantastic in helping me deal with the problem. They were an absolute dream to deal with, responding quickly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend them, and continue to buy from them to this day. My most recent purchase was simply for a fan, and they shipped it out the same day I placed my order. Thanks again, Logic Supply.

I placed a purchase order with Logic Supply for 700 PC of p/n CW-8124-B. The price was well below market and since this was my first order with them I was very suspect to the condition of the product. During my negotiation of terms ( we are accustomed to NET) another customer placed a PO with them at a much higher price . Logic supply not only honored our PO but also the price, losing money on the deal.  
 
To my surprise, all product was shipped the same day and as quoted, in manufactures packaging. I appreciated the customer service from Lisa in their management team as well as my sales technician James. I will continue doing business with them and highly recommend them as a supplier.

I am very pleased with the timeliness of Logic Supply for the shipment of the order.

Even without purchasing this company was really helpful! i emailed them about a mITX case. The case i bought came with a 120watt AC/DC power supply and i was wondering if their upgrade (a 180watt external adapter) on their website was useable on my chenbro es34069 case and it was!  
 
they also gave very good and argumented advice through email about my setup i just bought and which things were superior in quality over products they were selling  
 
all in all im very pleased that without even 1 purchase i got so much valuable information! im definitely gonna buy from this store!!
