The price seemed very fair and I was always kept up-to-date with the status of my order via email. The tracking system wasn\u0027t very good but llamma.com isn\u0027t to be blamed for this (USPS). I haven\u0027t had the need to exchange or replace my order since I haven\u0027t had the chance to install it and see if it works but I\u0027m sure that wont be a problem if that were to arise. I got ripped off.
