An error caused by the supplier prompted a duplication in my initial product order between two companies. While the second company gave me a dozen reasons that it "wasn't their fault," the staff at Littman responded promptly by investigating and correcting the error, and pursuing a refund for my duplicated charge. Friendly, professional, and definitely on my "A+ List" for future orders! "

Three of the five lights we ordered arrived on time and intact, which made for a great customer experience as a first-time shopper with Littman. Two lights are on back order, which is ok because Chelsea Smith is extemely effecient with phone calls and e-mails to report the status of the order. She makes you feel like you are her only customer, which is hard to find when you are shopping electronically. "Great customer service! I ordered 5 lights, 2 were shipped immediately. The other 3 were on back order from the manufacturer. Littman advised me immediately that they would not be available for approximately 8 weeks and gave me the option of ordering something different, waiting or a refund. Also, when ordering I input the wrong coupon code, but telephoned Chelsea in customer service the next day and she credited me with the correct coupon code. I would definitely shop with them again."
