"I ordered an NHT center channel speaker from them as they are one of the few authorized online dealers and they had the best shipping terms and return policy.
Unfortunately, the speaker arrived with shipping damage. Bruce at ListenUp had a return tag in my hands the next day and cross shipped a replacement so that I'd have it by the holiday weekend. No hassles at all.
Anyone can throw a mailing label on a box. How a company handles problems is a much better indicator of their quality. Based on my experience, I'll be ordering from ListenUp regularly."
