![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"I approached the purchase of the Musical Fidelity V-PSU Power Supply to pair w\/ my recently purchased Musical Fidelity V-LPS Phono Stage w\/ a great deal of hesitancy and skepticism. For one thing, the Power Supply cost $100 more than the phono stage, a significant amount considering the bargain price of the LPS. After some back and forth listening w\/ the V-PSU I was taken aback by the difference it made: sound stage was improved noticeably, the overall sense of the music seemed to have greater \u0022depth\u0022, as if a scrim had been lifted. It was eye opening to see what difference a power supply made to the performance of the unit. Considering that one can use the V-PSU w\/ other Musical Fidelity components the investment seems worthwhile. I have not tried the V-PSU w\/ Musical Fidelity\u0027s DAC but if the experience I had w\/ the Phone Stage is any indication one should hear a similar difference. The combination of the V-PSU & V-LPS is not only a bargain but a worthy performer for record playback thru any line stage units. While not quite measuring up to some high end systems (my own VAC CPA 1 Mk III) this combination produces some very good resolution and soundstage, overall delivering a very musical listening experience. "Great company to deal with. I was trying to order an openbox Grado SR60 headphone, somehow the website had some issue with that. I emailed them regarding the problem, got a reply in less than an hour (20 minutes maybe?), telling me the issue was solved. So I placed the order. Received the headphone in very good condition within a week. Would love to purchase from this company again."
