"I'll admit after reading reviews on this site I was a little worried about ordering stuff from china. I've gotten stuff in the past form other places and so far I hadn't been stiffed.I ordered a Propack PB 820 battery pack from nikon strobes. It took a while, close to 3 wks maybe? It wasn't the color advertised (which was a bummer nut really no big deal) I found a coupon for like75 bucks off on an american website so I thought what the hell and ordered it. It came in good condition, in an OEM plain box. No damage. Seems to work perfectly. Would I order from them again? I guess. the tracking never worked."
"It has been almost three weeks and I just now got a tracking number. I have emailed them almost daily for the past week requesting the tracking number. Today they tell me it will be 15-25 days and this is normal. I would recommend someone who knows how to ship product better than Linkdelight unless you are OK with this."

"Hi.The company violates customs by indicating wrong statements on packets. 1. wrong value, 2. "gift", 3. "no commercial value".They do this on purpose as they say "We usually help our customers mark the parcels as a gift with low value to pass the Customs smoothly.". This is fraud! You as a customer can be held for responsible. Customs will be suspicious seeing that kind of declaration and ask you for a proof of value. Then you will pay a high amount (in my case 50%) of the real value for customs fees, elevated taxes and/or fine.Kinkdelight refuse to accept their error/fraud."
"I must admit that I am more than happy for help, offered it to me by linkdelight. They respond very quickly on emails. It was the first time that I ordered online and expect delivery 20-30 days. My equipment arrived in 14 days. The package was all right and the equipment is very cheap compared with other providers in our country. "I ordered recently a couple of photo items. It was my first experience with Linkdelight. After 2 week of delay, I wrote to the customer service to know when the parcel will be delivered. Ruby answered me and has made the followup about my case. He told me the normal delay should be about 3 weeks. I received the parcel yesterday, in the same time Ruby has wrote in an email than I should receive soon a good news. Thanks for your kindly disponibility Ruby! "I had purchased two photographic items before (today I also ordered two items). First item reached after two weeks of order, the second one got after one month of the order. Both packaging was ok. For the 2nd item the delay was due to local custom clearance, not for delaying despatch from the seller. Now for the quality both found to be of good quality and useful as described. Price wise items are very good and cheap compare to branded one. In near future also I am going to purchase some items for my camera and ready to recommend Linkdelight to my friends delightfully."
