"Bought a class ring, few months later it got shipped to me. Opened the package and in the box was a different ring. Not even close to the one I ordered. Put a request in for refund. And still waiting for that refund. Not a good company. Very disappointed with their service. "

"I ordered class rings through a groupon event. The rings I ordered are just above quarter gumball machine quality. So very disappoints. Pictures were awesome the actual product had a lot to be desired. "

"I ordered as mothers ring for myself to get an email a few days later saying my purchase is being refunded. I called the company to ask why as I didn't request this, and they had no information on my order at all even though I have emails with an order number etc. Disgusted. All the lady could say was you can order again.. no way will be waiting for my refund because it was taken from account."

"I ordered from Limoges against my better judgement after reading the reviews. Yes, I got screwed, too. Ordered five birthstone bracelets for me and my sisters. A few weeks later I received ONE bracelet with a receipt stating that they had sent all five and the order was complete. The piece is beautiful, not cheap looking at all. But it would be nice to have all FIVE OF THEM, as I paid over $100 and only have ONE. I have been calling and e-mailing and no one there seems to care. Order from them at your own peril - don't be surprised when they screw up your order. And if you talk to Alice or Rose, they don't really care about customer service or helping to solve the problem."

"I'm sorry to say that they do not follow through with their online "guarantees." I ordered an item to arrive GUARANTEED by Mother's Day, and it did not. When I called to have my shipping money refunded, they were completely unwilling to fully refund my money. The best they could apparently do was give me 30% back on my order, which did not come close to the price I paid for supposedly guaranteed shipping. I will not be using this company again."

"DON'T USE LIMOGES!!! It is the worst service I have ever experienced (besides Comcast, maybe). I purchased two necklaces for Mother's Day on April 10th and was told I would receive another email letting me know my order had shipped. After two and a half weeks, I still didn't receive the email, so I called customer service. My representative told me the necklaces were back ordered (which they failed to mention when I purchased the necklaces), but that I should receive my necklaces by Mother's Day. A few days later, I got the email confirming my necklaces had shipped on May 1st, but the link for the tracking number was invalid. I called customer service again to see when the package would be delivered, and they told me by the Friday or the Saturday before Mother's Day. Now today, the day after Mother's Day (which is 31 days after I made my order), I still haven't received my package, so I called again for the third time, and the package should be delivered in 14 business days from May 1st, so by May 20th, which is 10 days after Mother's Day. I asked for a full refund, which they said they could give me if I ship the package back after I receive it. So they want me to wait until May 20th to send the necklaces back (oh, and the shipping is an out-of-pocket cost for me) to get my full money back (minus shipping expenses) within 2 billing statements (that's another few weeks). After some prodding, the representative told me they'd return 10% back, which doesn't even cover the cost of shipping back to them or to my mother."

"The sad part is, not only did they keep my money, they've kept my fiancée's money as well and I'll probably never get the ring. I just think it's sad that they are able to do this to people and get away with. To those of you who have received your items and are completely satisfied, you were lucky. "

"Do Not Ever order from them! Rude customer service! They lost the ring I ordered on March 6, 2015 and I was told it would be here before march 17 , 2015 and it didn't .they sent a new ring and a full refund but wouldn't give overnight shipping? Really full refund but no overnight shipping? even though it is one of their options on their site for the shipping..."

"I now hate this company, I ordered 5 engraved heart items for my kids and mother because my brother just passed away and Christmas eve is his birthday so I wanted to give them all a heat with his name and birth stone on that day. When I received my order 2 hearts were missing. I went on line to chat whit some one about it, I told them how much it ment to me to receive the items by the 24th and the could care less and told me I could call a supervisor. I called and asked for a superior and the lady on the phone did not let me talk to one she said they more than likely lost the items, I told her my store and she said I would receive an email from a superior by the next day when I received the email it was a don't reply one and said it takes 2 to 3 weeks and I would more than likely not receive them by Christmas eve . Sadly I could not give everyone there gifts at once thanks for nothing! I will be writing this same review where ever I can so others don't have this happen to them. No one I talked to cared what these items meant to me"

"I live in Canada. I made two separate purchases from Limoges within two weeks apart and both parcels arrived in mint condition without any issues and in much less time than expected. The first parcel was for two engraved pieces, which arrived 3-5 days from date of order and the second set of purchases included 6 items, which also arrived in under a week. I was waiting for the first shipment to arrive when I came upon these reviews. I was scared to have what happened to others happen to me but thankfully that wasn't the case. In fact, I am very pleased with the orders I put in and the quality of service received (time, product and efficiency). I also had communication with a service representative via email and they were quick to respond and answer all my questions in depth."

"I had a wonderful experience with Limoges Jewelry the first time that I ordered. I got my mother a beautiful Mother's Ring. The second time, however, when I ordered...things were really messed up, due to riots in the countries that they make the jewelry. It wasn't necessarily their fault, but their customer service dept could have had a few lessons in common courtesy. I ordered those items last Christmas and still have yet to receive them."

"This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Some of the products I bought were terrible quality, they were not exactly as shown on the website, the engraving is very faint. One order I received was missing an item and I had to argue that even though it showed shipped on the packing list it was not in the package that I received. There were several items on that order and they did resend the missing item. I returned two items totalling $170 due to extremely poor quality and still to this day have not received a credit. When I called to find out why I had not received a credit they stated they never received the items back, unfortunately I sent it Canada post (so on top of it all I had to pay to ship their crummy stuff back), and they could only track it to the border. The several people I spoke to at Limoges said too bad for me and when I talked to their corporate office they couldn't help me, when I had to leave a message with my name they wouldn't call me back, it was only when I called with a different number could I get someone to talk to me. There was no offer of a credit, discount off next order or any sort of compensation, not even of a minor nature. "
