I ordered a pair of Headrest Monitors which in turn Jerry had to order from the manufacturer. It took a couple days for him to place the order then a couple more to forward the package to me once he received it.
It did not have original packaging and one of the monitors was DOA. I called Jerry about the DOA monitor and he told me to call the manufacturer instead. The manufacturer told me it was broken and to return it to the seller. I called Jerry back and relayed the information and sent the item back immediately. During our call he asked to put me on hold for a minute. When his other call dropped (10 minutes later) I discovered he was discussing a potential sale with someone else. When he realized he was talking to me and not the potential customer he asked if I could hold again so he could call them back!?!
Jerry said he forwarded my return about three days after he received it. Actually he said "there's a package that's been sitting here for a couple days, I just haven't opened it yet."
One week later he answered my call and said the screen was going to be repaired not replaced. Two weeks later he didn't answer my call and all other calls since. He stopped responding to emails about that time so I sent an email informing him that I would dispute the purchase unless I received it in two weeks.
Two months later: no word from Jerry, no headrest, but the credit card refunded my purchase.
Repeat, if your stuff works when you get it; great deal. If it doesn't, you're not going to get any help from Jerry.
UPDATE!!! 10/21 Here is an update on Jerry. Subsequent to my post, I received TEN (10) fragmented emails on the same day from Jerry. These are direct cut/paste using his words from his emails. You be the judge.
Background: Since the part of the pair of headrests was defective Visa said the seller is responsible for return shipping. This is his reaction. You'll see a complete abdication of responsibility for the merchandise he sells. Note his last comments about his privacy policy.

"I was a little hesitant to place my order but I am so glad I did. His price for the box I wanted was better than any I found online including ebay plus it was a name brand box. My order was shipped promptly and Jerry was prompt to answer any emails I sent along the way including tracking info. I got the box in and it was in the factory packaging with the logo on the outside and it arrived in perfect condition. My box fit under my seat just like it was supposed to and it looks great.
