reply posted Nov-08-2011 “I apologize for your bad experience. But the Item you purchased clearly stated that it was out of stock. The customer had been sent 3 emails letting them know that the item was out of stock and with no response. The order was eventually canceled after no response from the customer. We do try our hardest to inform customers of delays or out of stock items. We also have a stock status that is clearly marked below the item that show a quanity and when the item is out of stock it shows out of stock in red.”
"One word can explain my experience "AWESOME" ! I found the best price with lightingtheweb and my order shipped with in one day. I do a fair amount of internet shopping and have been disappointed in the past. By these folks are AAA plus in my book. Would by from again"
