"WOW! I was a bit scared when I received my chandelier (it was a 16 bulb ET2 and very fragile). My contractor took several weeks to actually open the box and install the unit. Much to my dismay a couple of the bulbs were broken and half of the unit was not working. It was past my 30 day period from purchase so I was scared that the unit would not be replaced.

Much to my surprise, Lynn, their customer service rep was EXTREMELY helpful and sympathetic. She had multiple conversations with the manufacturer (was trying to just send parts) and convinced them to send a new replacement in a timely manner.
