"In two words, not impressed. Where's my order? Order on March 30, money deducted from my account and then nothing. No email to confirm shipping, no phone call, no lights! It is now April the 12th. I have tried to call their customer service number and waited forever, no one ever answered. Tried the "Click-to-chat"...not working. "
"In one word, I am IMPRESSED by Direct Buy Lighting's Customer Service. I found a chandelier on clearance that I wanted to order, but knew that I wouldn't be able to receive shipment for another two weeks. I emailed customer service regarding my plight and Nathan responded quickly that they would hold my order until I was ready to receive the shipment, this way, I wouldn't miss out on the deal. I placed my order, contacted them when I was ready for it to be shipped, and received it today. It takes a lot to impress me but they did it. I will definitely order from them again and refer all of my friends to Direct Buy Lighting when shopping for light fixtures!!! Thank you Direct Buy Lighting ~ I love my new chandelier!!"
"I ordered 8 fixtures through Amazon (Direct Buy Lighting was the market place vendor). I was extremely pleased with the orginal purchase (price, delivery cost and speed, and quality of fixture). After about 4 months one of the LED fixtures failed. I contacted Direct Buy Fixtures through Amazon concerning the failed fixture. Their response was amazingly fast and without hesitation they agreed to replace the fixture. They have followed through and I have recieved the replacement fixture without any hassle or cost. I will certainly be considering them for any future lighting purchases. "
"Ordered black but got brushed nickel. Was told that black had been discontinued so they sent me brushed nickel. Duh... However, they were very prompt on the return and refund. Would probably try them again."
"I ended up getting great service from Direct Buy when the fan blades I ordered didn’t have the correct mounting holes. They went to bat for me with the manufacturer and finally turned up blades with the right hole placement. And they look great on the fan!"

"Review update: I gave an initial poor review which resulted from lack of updates and communication from the customer service. However, the product was indeed shipped four days after placing the order. So, I am changing the review to better reflect the overall experience: good prices, somewhat slower shipping than other websites, but be prepared for lack of information on the websites and email updates: I only got a notification that the product was shipped and the order was fulfilled on the day it was actually delivered to my house."
"Very positive. Fantastic prices (I shopped and shopped around) and service. There was a small issue with my order (some broken globes on a chandelier ... mind you, this chandelier had a LOT of globes). All I had to do was let them know and they remedied it - contacted the mfg...had the replacements shipped to me the next day. We always expect fast service and good prices...but it's the retailers that handle issues well that get my return business!!!! And these guys do."

It fits my decor and my vision for this room perfectly! Was very happy that the alabaster sconces were packed so well and were not chipped or broken on arrival. Also, the bulb was packed well to prevent breakage, too!"
"The light I purchased P3364-09 was an excellent light fixture. It is a close to the ceiling light I used in my new bathroom. It is in satin nickel and matches the fixtures in the room. It is a bright light and does not give off shadows since the globe diffuses the light. The DirectBuyLighting company has an easy to use website and very quick delivery. Their products come well packaged and despite the size of the glass on this fixture, the package held up well during shipping. There were no shipping charges. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again in the future."
"I purchased a beautiful light from Direct Buy Lighting (Framburg 8733 Geneva 3 Light Vanity). Originally, I had purchased another light, but it didn't look like the picture on line. I contacted Direct Buy Lighting to see if I could trade it for another one. I asked about 2 other lights, one out of my range, and they said they would give me a discount, and accept the return on the light I had already purchased.So, I ended up getting the light that I couldn't afford and return one I thought would be second best. I am so happy with my light and I would highly recommned Direct Buy Lighting."
