I have shopped with lightinthebox and receive my goods within one week i had problems with battery for the one of the phone i purchase and receive two batteries in two days thumbs up lightinthebox.
i will definetly shop again.

I would like to thank Light in the box for excellent customer service and fast delivery. I order 2 ball gowns from the website and recieved them as they were pictured on the website. I can not say enough how friendly the service was, so much that I have just placed a second order with them. The prices are excellent and the service is friendly. Thank you again Light in the Box for your help.

Light in the box is a fantastic website. i used it for selling stuff at school and it was a huge sucsess. the products are great value for money and the customer services are great. i really enjoyed my light in the box experiance!

I bought a mobile phone from lightinthebox.com and I am totaly satisfied from my product.I received it in 12 days aproximately.The phone is very good and has all the potential that it's said.Except from some trivial drawbacks that has is very useful. Finally, I recommend you to buy from this site and even to compare it with others.

I recently bought my wedding dress from lightinthebox.com. I was so impressed with the quality and value that I went on to buy my bridesmaid dresses from there as well. I found the customer service to be very good, the quality excellent and the shipping time outstanding. I would definitely recommend lightinthebox to anyone looking for made-to-measure clothing.

Customer service was excellent. Items were as ordered. I made a mistake on my order and noticed it later and contacted live customer service and the mistake was corrected for me immediately. No problem. I contacted customer service with another question prior to shipping and I was responded to immediately again. On both times, the customer service people were very knowledgeable and very very courteous. Items were received as ordered and also very quickly - 7 business days. After I received my order, LightInTheBox sent me a thankyou email and a coupon which was very nice. The quality was good and items were fairly priced. I would shop at LightInTheBox again and think they were good to do business with. Thank you.

I bought my wedding dress from this site and CAN NOT recommend it highly enough. I spent what felt like a lifetime trailing around bridal shops being made to feel like a pauper because I wanted a dress under £1000 and still couldn't find 'the dress'. I had a skeptical look on Light In The Box and my dress just jumped out at me. It looked so much classier than any on the rail. I was concerned about buying from a website with a factory on the other side of the world but thought that, considering I was saving around £900, I'd risk it.
My dress arrived, to the UK, within 3 weeks and was absolutely perfect. They have an online tracking system so you can check where it is in the process (manufacture, quality control, dispatch etc) which was ideal for me, being slightly neurotic! Buying my dress from here was the best decision I made with my wedding and loads of people commented on the dress saying it must have cost a fortune - if only they knew! Service was excellent, dress was perfect and had money in the bank for other things. What more can you ask for? If I could post a picture of it here I would. Couldnt be happier.

Purchased a 89 us/dollar mask and 50/us dollar sword for halloween from light in the box 150 total payment thru paypal .. was supposed to be shipped before halloween explained by disclamier that any oders before 22 of october would be recieived by halloween i ordered on the 16 still havnt recieved even on the 28. ALthought most of the reviews here are some of somewhat positive there is a site that has over 50 negative reviews i believe alot of the reviews here to be fraudulent despites the great effort ressellerratiengs.com uses to screen their members check this site http://reviewfbi.com/lightinthebox-review... filed complaint with paypal will hopefully be refunded .. but in general very poor service nothing but grief and i believe they have another site Kookua.com doing the same things saling the same products .. watch out beward .. DO NOT PURCHASE from these sites .. check reviews on mulitple place before you decide to purchase. Company dose not even have a way of contacting them .. i have sent several email inquiries via website that should have been address in 24 hrs its been 6 days with no response ... save yourself the headache

I ordered a dress and it says that you can get a refund on unwanted items as long as it is desputed within 48 hours. they took my money right away but have not even addressed my refund. the service ticket says that they will reply within 24 hours and it has been weeks now. my order went from pending the next day processing and as soon as I put a claim in paypal for fraud, they put it back to pending. NO explanation. I have written to them many times and have not recieved an answer, and when I go to their customer service chat, they say that they only deal with presale and that I should submit another service ticket. Also, I did some searching on the site and found a number, and I thought,"finally, now I'm getting somewhere." But when I called it, it rang once and hung up. called it back, it rang twice then hung up. And no one ever answers. I did a google search on the number and found out that it was used for another site called sellerkey and that it was never a working number. I have asked their customer service about this number and they never give me an answer. Everything that I have experienced with lightinthebox has been very bad. I just wish that I checked the reviews before actually purchasing from them. I am still waiting to hear from them and do not expect them to send me my item or give me a refund for it.

I was trying to keep my wedding frugal and these prices on bridesmaids dresses were really reasonable. But let me tell you, it has NOT been worth the effort spent with the hassle dealing with these people!! They are quick to take your money, but slow (if ever) to refund it! I placed an order for 4 bridesmaids dresses on 8/23, 3 of them standard sizes and 1 of them with specific sizes that they were to make. Their website says that should only take a few days longer. After a month of hearing nothing from them, I contacted them via live chat. They gave me a shipping date. Well, that day came and went--no shipment. I contacted again--given another date. Still no shipment. And both times, I was asked to provide my email address and the agent would contact me within 24 hrs with an update. Never did. Finally, the third time, I was told that they could make the 4th dress!! and that I must choose a standard size, place another order for it and they will just reimburse me for it as part of the first order. Because I needed the dresses immediately, I complied. Finally I got my dresses, but I have not yet recieved my refund nor any responses as to when they will. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

These guys are definitely scammers!
Its about a month now since I ordered and
paid for my stuff.
After 15 days of my order when I asked them about it, they
told me that one of the items is not available and they're gonna refund me the
money.
I got a refund by PayPal for the item in a couple of days after
that.
Now after 10 more days I asked them about the shipment, they told me that
Another item is not available no more.
Since PayPal gives me a 45 days of gap
to open a dispute, those SOBs are trying to stall so I couldn't open a dispute
and temporarily suspend their PayPal account.
Hell, I'm willing to go to VISA,
MASTERCARD and all those other Bozo's who certified them!
If you guys wanna
screw'em HARD, I'd recommend piling up complaints to PayPal, VISA, Mastercard,
AMEX to stop or suspend their incoming source to make them MOVE.

I ordered my wedding dress from Light in the box. After searching locally, I found the dress that I wanted was well over my price range. That did not include alterations to the dress. I went to their website and got my dress for half the price! They also altered it before it was shipped! It only took two weeks for delivery (which was less than what they had suggested). My dress got here, and I tried it on, and it was a perfect fit! My wedding couldn't have been better without this dress! It was also very easy to track where my dress was upon deliver! Thank you so much Light in the Box!

I think it is a great site, they arrange their products in such a way as to make it easy for the consumer to navigate to the right place. they even have a place on their site where they group product based on price and make which makes it easier for internet newbie to locate their product of choice. The follow up was great also. Since there are no perfect websites, they can still become better. they should edit non functioning links and maybe they can have a short survey on customer satisfaction.

I ordered some spy camaras from this company, not only did I get what I ordered I got great support after purchase, I purchased the spy watch and pen cam.Both work great best purchase I ever made. I own a personal care home in West Virginia and owners if you think the mice dont play while we are away , buy one try it id almost pay you for it if you dont like it. Thanks Mark Grove

I bought my wedding dress with Light in the Box Limited and I have no complaints, none at all. The dress came as order, I mean exactly as I saw it in the picture. The same color, and they made it with my own size. As the shipping concerns, it came very quickly, inside the frame of time that they give me. And I get the dress in a big box, very clean I must say! I would totally buy again there!! Come on , it was my wedding dress!!
