"Gentlemen,

I have been using the model 9200 Life Ionizer Under The Counter for 2.5 years. I did a self install and your directions for the installation was very straight forward and easy to complete with standard household tools. I did not run the acidic line to the drain as I prefer to catch the discharge in a plastic pitcher and use it to water our indoor and outdoor plants as well as use it as a astringent or hair rinse. I noticed a definite increase in my energy level after about one week on the 9.5 alkaline water. I have noticed that if I drink the water too quickly I still get the oxygen rush feeling in my head so I am careful about that even after 2.5 years. The quality of the produced ionized water is crystal clear and does not have any flavor to it. Reminds me of the spring water that I used to drink as a kid growing up in Western Pennsylvania. I check the PH of the produced water about every 3-4 months and it was been spot on. Since I have been drinking the ionized water I have not experienced any irregular heart palpitations like I use to have. Not sure if it is the ionizer or the addition of magnesium supplement that I have been taking.
Changing the filters is not very difficult, except do not torque down the cover for the pre-filter too much as this could make it difficult to change the next time. This has been an excellent quality product and would highly recommend it.

"Myself and my wife started out with the Pitcher of Life. We were doing so well with it we purchased one for my mother-in-law and my daughter in college, and they have since had great results as well. My sister has had kidney trouble so we

"My name is Joanne, I live in Sydney, Australia. I own an ionizer model 7700 purchased 1.5 yrs ago.
I heard so much about the amazing qualities of alkaline water so I decided to buy one through your US office.
As I work in a dusty environment I tend to get sore eyes due to sensitivity and had frequent visits to the doctor. On occasions I even had my eyes red and itchy for a whole week in spite of the eye drops and cream.
In March I experienced the itchiness coming so I used the alkaline water to rinse and wash my eyes a few times and lo and behold the itchiness stopped and no more redness. I also drank more alkaline water during that time.
Thereafter, whenever my eyes felt uncomfortable with itchiness I have done this method and every time it works !!

Kudos to Life Ionizer for giving me a better life. How cool is that !

"Hi:
I am writing to tell you how great my Life Ionizer #9100 is and how much it has helped not only me but my daughter.  I bought her one as she lives in Tucson AZ and I lived in Wickenburg, AZ (3 hours apart).Cathy has had genetic migraines for 28 years and other than pain control, the doctors have not found any meds, diet, chiropractic or any other things that helped her.  Due to the pain, meds etc. she had been housebound most of the time and has not been able to exercise and of course it is hard to eat right when you just want to grab something fast and get back to your ice packs.  So, she has put on weight and also has diabetes. 
When she started drinking the alkaline water and getting hydrated, she noticed quite an improvement in the headaches and she was able to get out and do stuff with her husband and have more of a life than she had been able to do in years.  She also noticed improvement in her energy levels, her foot fungus cleared up and many more things.  Her husband, Ross had always had many kidney stones and he noticed that he did not get them any more.
I noticed that with my machine, I was not waking up every morning with a sinus headache and heading for the excedrin bottle.  I also noticed increased energy and  just imrpoved health. 
I sold one to a good friend who had lost one kidney to cxxxxr and the other one was diseased.  He began drinking the water and after a year, he is improving all the time and has a new lease on life. 
The machines really do what they say they will do.

After having Major Back Surgery I started drinking water in its most natural state, glacial, ionized, and yes, Alkaline Ionized Water. "I purchased the Life M9 under-counter water ionizer three weeks ago and my family and I love it!!

I was impressed with how well the unit is made.  It came with two pre-filters that were specifically made based on the water in my area.  There are two additional filters inside the unit.  Using the drops that came with my order, I tested the water before and after installing my ionizer.  My tap water showed slightly acidic to neutral before the ionizer.  The water that came out of my Life ionizer on Setting 1 was a blue color showing an alkaline reading of about 8.0.  Level 4 registered an alkaline reading around 10.5.

My family and I are currently drinking the Level 2 ionized water and we are already feeling the benefits.  My wife says that she does not feel as tired anymore, and I can definitely see the results in my workouts.  I can now work out longer and see better muscle tone.  We can't wait until we increase it to Level 3 in a couple of weeks.

I have also talked to Kris in Customer Service on a couple of ocassions.  He is very personable and an expert on the product.

Great product and great service.....I have recommended the Life ionizer to all of my friends.

"Dear Life Ionizer,

We moved to the city and quickly discovered our drinking water was not only full of chlorine, but also had nasty black flakes that we could not ignore. Our building is old so who knows what it coming off the pipes or out of the main water system.

Never having this dilemma before, I was confused and overwhelmed as to how best to solve the problem. our first attempt at clean drinking water was a Brita Water filter. That took out some of the nasty taste but not all. Plus we were constantly refilling and waiting for the filter to clean the water. Many people recommended a water distiller to kill all the bacteria, viruses and clean the water. Having never used one before, I decided to give it a try. A distiller takes out the useful minerals in the water so I bought a bottle of highly recommended and expensive mineral drops that I added to each batch of freshly distilled water.

I assumed I was making the right decision for my family and used the distiller for several months. Through research, I started learning more and more about the importance of pH balanced water and assumed that the distilled water with the mineral drops made our water alkaline. But then I started to doubt my choice and started researching other options. Besides the niggling voice that I might have made a mistake with the distiller for every day drinking, I was tired of it taking 4 hrs to get a gallon of cleaned water. The mineral drops were staining the water jug and that didn't seem right.

Thankfully I found Life Ionizer and quickly contacted Will Allen with a list of questions. He took the time to answer every question to my fullest satisfaction, never once making me feel as if he was "selling" me a product. He treated me with respect and kindness even when I told him we didn't have the money to buy the system.

A bit later we did have the money and I am so happy that I listened to myself and made the change in our water system. We bought the Life Ionizer 9100 a few months ago. We live in a small apartment and had to have the counter top unit due to lack of room under the sink. At first I worried that the size would take up too much room but it hasn't been a problem. We are thrilled to have instantly clean, purified water and be able to adjust the pH level.

What shocked me was when I tested the pH level of our distilled water with the drops that came with the Ionizer is that our distilled water was acidic! Our tap water had a higher pH. Agh!

What I really like about our system is knowing the water is cleaned via multiple filters plus the UV light, the pH is exactly what it says is coming out (I check this from time to time to make sure) and the water tastes great.

The follow up customer service from Will and the company is second to none. Will makes me feel like a part of the family, not another customer to process and forget.

You can't go wrong with a company that provides a great product and top-notch customer service. I'm thrilled I found and bought our Life Ionizer and recommend it to friends.

"As you can see I really love my Pitcher of Life! For years I owned a bulky water filter that separated the alkaline water from the acidic.

I loved how it tasted, how it improved my skin, but mostly it was in the way. It was expensive and so I did not replace it when it stopped working. I have been drinking other filtered water of late, but missed the alkaline water for all it's benefits. When I discovered the Pitcher of Life I immediately ordered mine. it is both affordable and easy to use. I will take mine on my RV trips and will consider packing it in a suitcase for trips by air or car. I appreciate your efforts to make this available. Yea, alkaline water!

"I really like the light taste of my ionized water--I can drink more of it. I am a fairly health person--I try to drink my green smoothies regularly and am a vegetarian--I don't feel big difference on my overall health, but noticed these minor differences with drinking ionized water:
I also no longer have the problem of having to run to the restroom when I get the urge to urinate, even with drinking more water.

When I first started drinking it, I seemed to sweat more, and I am not a person who sweats a lot--guess my body system is more efficient in ridding toxins through the skin with ionized water.

Mentally, I know I am giving myself optimum health with alkaline water, since so many foods we eat are acid producing.

"My Observation

My four months of water health has been tremendous. I have gained a great degree of energy. My desire to consume healthy water has increased. I enjoy my natural teas more because of the water. My hair and nails are growing and my skin has improved in color and texture--it's seems to be smooth and free from color disfigurements. I sleep better and my desire for sweets have curved greatly.

"Dear Life Ionizer,

I have had my Pitcher of Life for a year now and I just love it. I was diagnosed with breast cxxxxr a little over a year ago and was determined to do whatever I could to prevent its return. My daughter told me about this pitcher and was going to get it for me. Well I waited and waited for it, she kept saying she was so busy she was going to get right on it. I decided to take measures into my own hands as my life is my own, so I googled alkaline water and came up with your website. I ordered the pitcher as I am retired and could not afford the Ionizer machine. The pitcher is so handy I do not buy bottled water anymore. I love the convenient counter on the lid that tells me when I need to order a new filter. I am cxxxxr free as of my last exam as I learned that cxxxxr cannot live in an alkaline body, I drink the water all day long in place of other beverages, it taste just like spring water. I also just leanrned that it can help with acid reflux. I am so thankful that I was told about this pitcher.

I love my Life Iionizer!!!!

My first introduction to alkaline water was about four years ago when I attended a presentation given by Enagic for Kangen Water. While the presentation was impressive, the price was extremely high, and I was not convinced that this was the only machine on the market for the production of alkaline water. So, I started researching. My son (who was 8 at the time) and I had been researching water ionizers for approximately three years. We analyzed the science and technology of all the machines and Life Ionizer topped them all for us. We purchased our machine in June of 2012 and never looked back.

My husband, my son, my parents are all drinking and reaping the benefits of alkaline water. We are very happy with our investment. Our bodies feel better and the taste is super clean and fresh. I am able to grow my wheatgrass and sprouts at home with ease and peace of mind that my harvest will be organically grown with alkaline water.

"Works great for health and making wine!

As your records show - I have been using the Life Ionizers 5000N since March of 2008. My wife and I will only drink the H2O produced by the Life Ionizer - our friends think we are crazy.

One thing about the 5000N, we use the highest pH setting of 10.0 to make our teas, which seems to last longer. Also, one of my hobbies is making Homemade wine. We have use bottle water before in the wines and you can really taste the difference versus the high pH 10 water used.

It seems that the pH 10 water brings out more the fruit flavor. My wines Include - Strawberry, Muscadine, peach, and blackberry.

"I've had the Pitcher of Life for a good couple of years now and I would have to say, it's one of the best investment I've ever done. It all started when my friend sampled Kangen water in my home. I really liked what I learned about Alkaline and Acid. I also liked the taste of the water after treatment. I almost bought the machine but I had to think twice because of the price. Fortunately, after doing some research, I found the Pitcher of Life. I was a bit skeptical at first because of my previous experience with filtered water like Brita etc... To my surprise, it says what it says it does. The Ph level was comparable to the Kangen machine and the water taste really good. The best part of it.................I paid a fraction of the Kangen machine. I love to have this pitcher anywhere I go.
