This battery did not even last 1 year before dying on me. Unfortunately, I procrastinated and called after the warranty to see if anything could be done. When I called and spoke to the customer service rep, he said it was out of warranty. I asked him if the battery should have lasted longer than this and he said that his Dell replacement battery lasted longer than his original battery. Stay away from this company...batteries purchased here are NOT of the same quality and it appears that customer service is severely lacking. I am an IT professional for a major Government organization and can say I will never buy from this place again. This is the first time using this company and I am extremely satisfied. I searched the web for a company to replace my HP dv9xxx Series Laptop AC Adapter Replacement, but everyone else either had no BBB accreditation, had complaints against them with the BBB, or unsatisfactory ratings with resellerratings.com. My biggest concerns were resolved with Level 8 Technology. The website had an adequate search engine, it provided me with an accurate picture of the product, and it had a complete list of the specs as well as what parts\/models they are compatible with. I liked the fact that Level 8 Technology\u0027s website really took the guess work out of the equation. Also, products ship same day if you order early enough. The OEM product works like a charm. I did like the fact that the adapter had a built-in light telling you it was on as well as a velcro cord strap. The only small hiccup was the replacement cord was a bit shorter than the original, but I am happy nonetheless and I would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend them to anybody else! "I ordered a battery for my HP laptop from Level 8 Technology on a late Thursday afternoon and received the battery Friday morning at 10:00 AM, even though I live in Houston and it was shipped from Fort Worth, I was very impressed. The battery was just as advertised, in fact, I can't believe how long it lasts, my OEM battery lasted a little over 2 hours whereas my battery from Level 8 is still going strong pass 3 hours. Will recommend to all my friends looking for laptop replacement batteries."
