They seem to have the best pricing for what I needed. Delivery was very prompt, which was very good, and the product was of good quality.

Product as described, received promptly, reasonably well packaged, works well, website well organized, only complaint is that I did not receive a shipping notification email. Perhaps it ended up in my spam box.

I am very dissapointed. My first complaint is that I paid for 2 day shipping and it didn't come on the second day. When I got the battery for my laptop I should have sent it back right away. Sometimes I would have to pull the cord out of the actual battery, and then plug it back in for it to work. I wasn't able to send it back in time because I went home to visit my family, and got caught in the snow. They do hasve a 30 day return policy. Right after my 30 days was up the metal piece of the battery broke off from the cord.  
I'm not satisfied with the quality of the battery I bought from this company, and I don't think I will be ordering from them again, or recommending my family and friends do so either.

The experience was good however there were no instruction manuals that came with the battery. A phone call to customer service and I was led to their website were all the info was located. They informed me that they no longer package paper manuals with the product to reduce on paper waste.

The battery arrived and worked as soon as I plugged it into the laptop. I've used the laptop on battery over 5 times so far with no problems so far. It was also easy to find the right battery on the website.

Because of the bad weather, it took longer than anticipated for the order to arrive. But overall, I am satisfied with their product quality and store policies.

One interaction is not enough to rate a supplier, but I did find a very helpful person when I called and was directed to the exact item I needed. It was a satisfying process and I am glad I found this website for my needs. I would try this business again if I needed another computer battery. I had a good experience.

I liked the fact that someone actually answers the phone. This company did not take me through pressing a lot of buttons and having to wait 5-10 minutes and still no answer. Order arrived within a few days and it was the correct model for the laptop and works perfectly.
