Website was very easy to use. I found the battery I needed in no time. At first, I thought price was too good to be true considering that Dell sells the same battery for twice as much. But I received the battery in 3 days, popped it in my laptop, and now I'm mobile again. Thank you Level 8.

I ordered a lap top battery for a Lenovo ThinkPad. The first one was defective as it did not fit appropriately in the space. I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the shipping back of the defective product.  
Company was concerned enough about my lukewarm review to contact me and offer to refund shipping. However, I still think their policy is not customer friendly (have to ask to have them pay for shipping back a defective product instead of them automatically offering).

From day one the Extended life D7310 Battery was purchased, it has underperformed. After being fully charged I was lucky to get 3 hours of life. Each time it was recharged the life decreased until I was barely getting 1 hour of usable time. My computer through an icon read "VX Revolution Battery fair". After contacting Level 8, they said to send it back (costing me over $8.00). Today I received it back with a note saying that it was tested and lasted 3.5 hours. I fully charged the battery and it lasted barely 1 hour. When talking with customer service,all I asked for was an exchange. They said there was nothing they could do. They suggested that I send it back at my expense, but most probably they would just send the same battery back. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company and product and customer service. I would not recommend that this company be used for replacement batteries.

This company advertises "When you purchase your battery from Level8technology.com, you can be rest assured that you will receive the best value and service for your money." I found this to be true.  
Here is my story:  
1) I ordered a battery for my Dell Latitude D610 but I ordered the wrong part which was for a C610. Level 8 Technology allowed me to RMA the battery and replaced it no questions asked.  
2) The new battery was the correct model but after a couple of weeks I realized it was not performing well losing 90% overnight while my laptop was in standby. Again Level 8 Technology provided an RMA and sent me a new battery.  
 
The new battery arrived today and seems to work well.  
 
There is little to distinguish companies today. Service and price are often the only characteristics that stand out. To me service is 1st and Level 8 Technology has proven to me they stand behind their promise.

***UPDATE*** — After reading my review here, Level 8 contacted me and allowed me to send my batter back. They tested it, and although they still maintain it was performing correctly, they did replace it to ensure my satisfaction. This was an acceptable result to the problems I was having. (END UPDATE)  
 
I was very happy with the price I paid for my battery as well as its initial performance. However, after less than six months of use, the battery began to hold a significantly lesser charge. I can barely get two hours of run time out of what is supposed to be a high-capacity battery now. I shipped the battery back to Level 8 under warranty but the say there is nothing wrong with it. However, there obviously has been greater than anticipated depreciation in the functionality of this battery. Next time, I might have to consider sticking with an OEM battery, even though it will cost more.

We bought a laptop battery from this website after reading good reviews on resellerratings. Transaction went smoothly, we received the battery in a matter of days, popped it into the Dell laptop and it worked. Very happy with Level8. (on the other hand, very unhappy with Dell in that the original battery died after less than 1 year necessitating replacement).

I ordered a laptop battery for my Dell Inspiron E1505. This company had the product at the lowest price however shipping was not free. I ordered from them after not getting the right battery from eBuyBattery.com and running around for two weeks.  
The ordering with Level8Technology was smooth, the product arrived in time and above all it was the right battery. The battery works great and I will definitely shop again with this company.

I arrived from Australia to my destination in Maui to discover the the battery in my laptop was not holding a charge, I found this company on the web telephoned them up on the Monday and the battery arrived on the Friday, their telephone consultant was very helpful and doubled checked to ensure that we were on 'The same page' in respect to the correct replacment battery and to put it in a "Nutshell", their service in all respects was perfect

I ordered a battery for my HP laptop from Level 8 Technology on a late Thursday afternoon and received the battery Friday morning at 10:00 AM, even though I live in Houston and it was shipped from Fort Worth, I was very impressed. The battery was just as advertised, in fact, I can't believe how long it lasts, my OEM battery lasted a little over 2 hours whereas my battery from Level 8 is still going strong pass 3 hours. Will recommend to all my friends looking for laptop replacement batteries.
