"I ordered new service with verizon and received a free motorola DROID and absolutely love it!!! The only down fall was when I received my bill I had an extra $15 added to my monthly service charge. I called Verizon and they told me that it was pro-rated from the date of purchase from 9/3 to 9/7 and the new month starts on 9/8/10. I would be ok with that but I never received my phone till 9/09/10!! They told me I would have to contact Letstalk to see if they would take the charges away because the phone was activated from the date of purchase. So I called LetsTalk and spoke with Erica who did wonders for me. She explained why I was charged BUT Verizon would have to take the charges off because they are the service providers. She told me she would conference me in with herself and a Verizon Rep. and help me work this out. Erica helped me get my prorated charges taken off and then proceeded to assist me by transfering me over to LetsTalk sales rep Lou because I wanted to change my Single line to a family plan and add 2 more phones. Lou was extremely helpful as well in takeing care of my needs too. I added a DROID2 for my wife and a Intensity for my 13 year old daughter. Thank you Erica and Lou for assisting me...you guys were awesome and I would definately suggest friends and family to order thru LetsTalk on-line OR phone!!"
