"I'm very happy with them. I got a new phone that would have cost me $50.00 for free (had to sign up with Verizon for another term.) I had a problem with the phone, called them and they sent me a new replacement with a return postage via email to send the bad one back. Their customer service tech. was a pleasure to deal with. When you have a problem, then you find out the integrity of a company, and theirs is excellent! Oh - shipping -I ordered a second phone and it came the next day."

"Online ordering is fairly straightforward and I understand the need to verify my identity. I willingly provided my SSN, Driver's License #, etc, but about an hour after placing my order, I get an email asking for copies of SS card, D. License, pay stub, utility bill and God knows what else to be faxed in over an unsecured line to God knows where, and God only knows who picks these documents off their fax. Their system just screams "identity theft". I'll pass. I'm not willing to lose my identity just to save a few bucks. "

"I placed an order for Verizon's Galaxy Nexus on Friday 01/20/12 at 1pm EST. I received my new phone the very next Monday. Shipping was fast even over the weekend. The price was the best around with free shipping and no tax. The phone number assigned to my account was not as local as I had hoped. I contacted LetsTalk customer service who placed a request for a more local number. I was told I would receive an email response with 24 hours. Not even 2 hours later, I receive a phone call explaining they had gotten me a new number in the exact town I had requested. I have been so happy with the service and quick shipping I received. Customer Service was polite, knowledgeable and quick! I would highly recommend LetsTalk to anyone out there who is looking for a great deal with great Customer Service!"

"Ordered a popular phone on a great promotion. Phone went out of stock while verizon was processing upgrade verification. Had to wait a few weeks for it to come into stock, but arrived earlier then what they had pushed it back to. Overall a good experiance for what had happened. "

"Simple purchase process and good prices, but I am switching carriers and wanted to keep my numbers. My current phones stopped working while I have yet to receive my new phones. Be careful when trying to move numbers from one carrier to another, you might be left without service!"

"Good customer service, price and product. I REALLY like that LetsTalk was able to seamlessly extend my service plan while upgrading so that I was able to keep my Unlimited Data after upgrading to 4G! The phone was back-ordered and shipped out on Friday before New Years, so "overnight air" meant I didn't receive the phone until the following Tuesday, a bummer, but that wasn't LetsTalk's fault."

"I've already started telling people about my perfect experience buying a phone through Let's Talk. Sarah and your pickers and packers came through for me...I completed the order around 3:30 p.m. and had the phone in my hand the next day before noon! All I had to do was charge the phone and then use the phone to activate. Verizon had my new phone in their system already. Sarah's reassurance about the phone I chose sight-unseen is an extra bonus. That, and the fact that I saved megabucks buying from LT rather than Verizon, either in-store or online. I found Let's Talk through about.com in a moment of desperation when Amazon was unable to complete my phone order because of a text requirement: my old phone was dead and couldn't receive the verification text that is required on Amazon. No such roadblock with Let's Talk. "

"So I purchased a phone from them after being told that the device was in stock. It was only after I completed my purchase (a few days after) that I was informed that my device was on backorder and wouldn't ship for at least 2 more weeks. I thought 2 weeks was a little long but I decided to wait. I tried to go on their website and find more info (there was none) and also tried contacting customer service (45 mins on hold?!), and the chat feature was completely non functional.

Fast forward two weeks later (shipped over new years so "next day shipping" really meant 4 day shipping) and the day I am supposed to receive my new phone, my current phone no longer has service. I was without phone service for several hours during the day (business hours) when I use my phone the most. I'm aware they activate your phone "upon delivery" but Verizon showed my account had a "pending order" so there was literally nothing I could do except wait for the phone to show up.

Chatted with their customer service on their website. They are totally useless, definitely not native English speakers. They essentially answer your questions by coping text from the site and pasting it into the chat box even if that isnt really a suitable answer.

Over all absolutely terrible customer service. They may give you a discount, but you make up the savings in frustration."

Due to the unexpected high demand of this product; it's been hard for the Carriers and Vendors to keep your particular model readily available for us. Because of this, it makes it very hard for us to determine the exact date of when we will receive the equipment. However, we did notify you by email on 12/16/2011 to advise you of the backorder status and also you have the option of checking your order status online through our self service option. Also, in general orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)and due to the holiday, delivery was delayed. I do apologize that you found this process frustrating. As we are constantly working to improve our processes, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your experience!

"I actually ended up cancelling my order, 15 days after placing it. They accepted more orders on the 12/15/11 than they had product for, and told me my item would ship on 12/30/11 when they received their new shipment. On the 30th, my shipment date was pushed to (estimated) 1/12/12. I cancelled my order and placed one with Amazon, who will have the phone to me next week. I should have just gone with Amazon in the first place.

UPDATE: this reply from Let's Talk highlights exactly why they were so frustrating to deal with. Their reply on here included an apology for the uncertainty of the inventory due to the carriers (which is not really an apology). In their emails to me before I cancelled, they told me orders were not filled in the order they were placed but rather when Let's Talk obtained carrier approval. Amazon obtained approval from my carrier within a couple hours of my order (in the midst of at least an equally high order volume), while Let's Talk could not do so in 15 days. Customer service from Let's Talk was really disappointing, which has nothing to do with carriers. This apology seems like just a way to say it wasn't the fault of Let's Talk, which is in large part why I'll never be back."

"Terrible. I ordered the Galaxy Nexus on 12/15. It was soon marked as backordered with an estimated availibility of 12/30. I spoke with several customer service advisors that assured me that the phone would be available. On 12/30, the date changed to 1/12. I called customer service to ask about the date change. It was explained to me that the date was not guaranteed and that on 1/12, the phone may get pushed again. Terrible service. If you don't have the phones to sell, don't sell them. "
