ResellerRatings.com TOP REVIEWER!

"I order some camcorder accessories. The prices were great and I received exactly what was advertized. I did receive an email right after I ordered that said it would be 2 or 3 days before the items would ship, but that was no problem because I still got them in one week. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that the product descriptions on some items on there web site is too vague. But, you can find the info elsewhere on the net and go back here to get the good price:)"

" ordered a DMC-FZ7 digital camera, a GR-X5U camcorder, and lots of accessories. The salesman did a good job walking me through the process. He did push some higher priced items, but not rudely. Thats just what salespeople do. When I pointed their competitor had an item priced less, he dropped his price to match it. Items were shipped out promptly. No complaints. I would buy from them again

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing online. Company stated they would call to verify shipping address and never did. Only told me product was on back-order when I called to complain after receiving no update after three weeks (online order update always said it would ship in 2-3 days). By strange coincidence, order showed up a few days after I called. Received e-mail notification of shipping a week and a half later. (Quite helpful.) On the positive side, the charge was what it was supposed to be and my purchase works fine."

"Beware! This is a scam. The JVC camera I ordered was in stock when I placed an order but disappeared few days later. When I called about the delivery, IdealAV told me that they cannot ship it but can sell a more expensive camera. I decided to wait. After weeks of calls and emails I was told that they cannot deliver and will cancel the order. So I ordered the camera from another store. Even though they told me that the order was canceled, they shipped the camera few days later. I refused the UPS delivery and the camera was sent back to IdealAV in an unopened box. When I called, I was told that the order was never cancelled and they do not have a record of any calls where either I or they cancelled the order. They also told me that they do not have a record of a cancellation email that I sent. After a number of calls I got reimbursed but they kept more than $100 as a restocking fee. The whole affair took more than 2 months. It was a horrible experience. At the end, Daniel from IdealAV told me that they will reimburse it in full only if I post a favorable review. This means that all favorable reviews about this store and all other stores, that this company from Bronx owns, are fabricated."

"After placing an order for a camera filter and bag, about $21, I noticed that the shipping was bumped up to a hefty $18. I immediately emailed them twice to cancel the order, explaining the reasons, and also tried calling them. There wasn't any answer at the phone.
The next day, I phoned early (also with no answer) and in the late afternoon. After finally getting through, they told me it had "already gone to the warehouse" and that I'd have to pay a restocking fee and shipping - all on an item that had yet to be shipped! They even admitted that it wouldn't ship for another 3 days, yet refused to budge. Both of the "customer service representatives" were exceedingly rude.
Basically, LGD falls within the realm of the scummy NY-based electronics companies we all know and love. You can do better with price, and shipping as well."

"This is the worst shop on Yahoo and on the web!

They misrepresented the shipping charges, the charges are outrageous and they claim to have items in stock and don't.

I brought this to their attention and they basically told me that they don't care.

The start every email with "Dear Valued Customer" -- their business skills, however, stop there.

After trying to resolve this matter, within 2 hours of placing the order, I told them to forget it and cancel the order and they said they would/coult not. Further, if I refused shipment, I'd be charged a fee.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE -- They're crooks!
