"I rented a lens from this company, a Canon 70-200f/2.8 L USM, and received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from on-line shopping. Roger, the owner, sent me an email confirmation of the rental and was very responsive to my emails when asking questions about the service he provided.
I had a 'user' issue with the lens when it arrived and Roger was extremely helpful. I lacked experience with the equipment and he took the time to call and walk me through the issue I was having (at my request). He was so concerned about the lens working perfectly that he was willing to purchase a new one and have it directly shipped to me if needed, which it wasn't.
Roger is the kind of person that I enjoy doing business with and I will definitely use his company again. Of course, it also helps that he has some of the lowest lens rental prices out there. I paid $110.00 for a two week rental and that included insurance on the lens. I also had to pay $22.00 for shipping but that included return shipping. Not bad at all considering that other lens rental places wanted much more than that just for the lens rental cost.
