I ordered a lens that I cannot afford to buy yet - the service was fast and wonderful (because I had ordered ahead of time, the lens actually arrived a day early - giving me more time to work with it). They were helpful with extending my rental a few days and responded almost immediately to all communications! I would DEFINITELY rent from them again!

Excellent experience. Their prices are very reasonable and they deliver exactly as promised. The entire transaction was flawless. Not only do they have a wide variety to rent but each one comes with a review that is extremely helpful. Their website also has some very helpful articles on photography in general. If you are looking for a one time rental before you buy or renting for a single occasion you will not go wrong with them.

This was my first experience renting and I am so pleased I chose LensRentals.com. The process was so easy and the lens arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The return process was really simple, too.

I rented a canon ef-s 17-55 f2.8 and loved the very fast response. The lens was in great shape and performed beautifully! I even had to extend my order twice and was met with a prompt email reply and a very easy process to extend the rental. I will definitely rent from lensrentals.com again (hopefully soon!)

I ordered a 30 day rental of the Nikkor AF 85mm f/1.4D. Let me first say, LensRentals.com was an excellent company to do business with, with great pricing, great service, no hassle order process, and the lens was pristine upon arrival to my door. This company is the REAL deal. This was my first time renting camera gear, so I was a bit apprehensive. But the process was so easy a caveman could do it, seriously. Other companies require a deposit equal to the value of the lens or equipment, which isn't an option for me. I'm an amateur photographer so if I could afford the deposit for rental, I would simply purchase the lens. But LensRentals.com doesn't require any such deposit, instead requiring only that renters use SecureCode with their CC. I received prompt communication of confirmations and shipping notice along with tracking through UPS. The return process was straightforward, a return shipping label was included in the well packed box. All I did was re-taped the box, slapped on the return label, and delivered to the closest UPS store a couple of days before the return date. Again, the whole process was easy. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service, simply amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any of your photographic equipment rental needs, and I will definetely be a returning customer in the future.

The simplicity of lensrentals site is amazing.  
I made an order, a day and a half later i was taking great photos.The shipping and packing was outstanding.When your done slap the return label on, and drop it off at a ups. So So EASY.Ive tried other sites, and they were a huge confusing  
mistake.These guys are very email friendly/They jump on any help you may need.Finally a company that has common sense,and their staff is down to earth.I will use no one else.

Just to let you know this process was a BREEZE. Very unsure about ordering rental online and collecting from UPS but worked amazingly well. Lenses were in fantastic condition and very enjoyable to use. Returning was also easy as there are UPS stores EVERYWHERE. Took it from NYC to FL in my carry-on and could send it back wherever I happened to be on the return date. Thank you for an easy transaction - a pleasure to order from.
