"I saw a post on another site about the whole CooperVisionnthing with Harmony lenses in Canada. What a crock! My OD tried to pull this on me a while back with the DR only brand by I think it was biomedics. I'm not sure. Same sort of scam they are trying to pull again now. Harmony is the dr-only version of Biofinity Contact lenses. The lens is identical. They can't get away with this in the US - I lioved there for three years - because of some law to protect consumers. I called CooperVision in the US and their rep told me it was the same product. I got the Harmony script from my OD and ordered the cheaper product from Lens.com. Saved a small fortune. Time for Canadian legislators to get on the stick."

"I have been purchasing lenses from Lens.com for years. They have great prices. This year they messed up my order. I have had to call in EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 14 DAYS. I am very upset with them as a company. No one knows what they are doing. First they sent out the wrong lenses for my husband. I called and told them about the issue. They placed a new order and informed me the new one would not cost me anything since I had already paid. The next day I get an email saying I owe 70.20 for my order and my order would not be sent out. I call in again. They cancel the order and place a new one. I get a confirmation for in in an email. They put the wrong power on the order. So I had to again call in. This continued in a cycle for 14 days. I just got off the phone with them again, hopefully it is right this time."
