reply posted Jul-26-2012 “We reviewed your claims with our staff and the salesperson. Floor models are sold "As-Is" which is why the unit you purchased was $1100 + tax and not $1800 + tax. Furthermore, this unit was inspected in our showroom prior to finalizing your purchase. Finally, there was no visible damage to the unit when it you picked it up and we were not even notified of this damage until 3 months later. Nonetheless, we will be glad to assist you in correcting any cosmetic defects with your unit and will work with you and the manufacturer to accomplish same. Please call the store and ask for Rob at Ext 116 if you are interested in working towards a resolution.”

I paid $1,192 for a floor model viking appliance which is almost full price and when I received the dishwasher there was damage to the front panel but they refused to pay $125 to swap the panel. They were supposed to get back with a determination but never did.
