"I have placed several online orders with Leatherup and have never had a bad experience! I own 2 pair of Harley-Davidson boots and paid more than I wanted to for them (they were purchased at local dealership). The riding boots I purchased from Leatherup fit good. They run a little big but I was aware of this due to other customer reviews. They are well constructed as well as durable and comfortable; not to mention what a value! I am so happy with them that I wear them more than my other 2 pairs put together!! I have also purchased sunglasses and riding goggles and am very pleased with everything. The orders are processed quickly and delivery time is about average. The only problem I have ever had is that sometimes when I go to order something it is out of stock; however, the website tells you that as soon as you try to place the order (no waiting to find out it's not in stock). I have no complaints and highly recommend Leatherup!"

"John at Leatherup, it arrogant. We have purchased numerous products from them. I purchased a 'waterproof' whindshield bag and the studs rusted, John stated that this is common, I should put WD 40 and remove the rust. I asked if the rust factor should be noted in the description, he said no, it was not a relevant factor!. all I can say is wow ... really?

"I bought an OUTLAW low profile helmet. It still smells so bad after 3 weeks I can no longer keep it in the house. I admitted that I cut the chin-strap excess because they told me that the smell would soon go away...they were aware of it as it is imported from China and they 9the chinese) are using some nasty chemical. They said that because I 'modified' it, they couldn't restock it. Restock it? why? It smells! How could you resell this 'smellmet'! They didn't care. No exchange...no refund. Also know that Leatherup.com is a Chinese importer, they are just a call center with no real mgmt to speak to. They are an insult to an American biker. Don;t buy from them!"

"Placed order with leatherup and shipping was ok.
Product quality at first seemed good but in under 2 months, the jacket I purchased started falling apart. Sure it was only $80 and had a 30 day warranty, but this was still defective. Stitching was coming apart and even the actual polyester liner is shredding. What is even better is the negative review I put on this jacket was blocked from appearing. Apparently leatherup wants people to think they have no bad products.
Will I buy from them again? Nope, not with the way they handled things with this jacket, yes it was over 30 days BUT it was still under 60 and they could have offered some sort of compensation such as a discount of a different jacket.
I will always avoid leather up from now on."

"First I was sent a defected vest, then I was sent the wrong size. It was annoying having to mail it back everytime. This wouldn't in a physical retail store because I would be able to try on the clothing"

"I ordered a set of Xelement Saddlebags on 3/22/12.I received them a week later. I installed them a few days later and by the end of that week the left bag was coming apart at the seams. I e-mailed customer service and was referred to their FAQ. This did not address my problem and 4 e-mails later I'm still waiting to hear from them. Their policy is any return must be sent back "new and undamaged". If the merchandise wasn't defective there would be no reason for me to return it!! "

"I had my doubts about ordering boots online but, I can't be happier with my purchase. The Xelement harness flame boots fit me perfectly.I've had several comments(nice boots)man. Even had a guy at a traffic light roll down his window and ask me where I got them. I was happy to tell him Leatherup.com.
